Was a bit sceptical at first but ordered anyway, the picture of my dog is so good and lifelike.

I ordered this item 5 weeks ago for a birthday present . Delivery was quoted as 9 /14 days. I have still not received the item . Customer service is very poor . The site gives the impression it's in the uk but parcel is somewhere in china.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and product quality at Hedyart.

I ordered 3 paintings from them in April. I waited over 2 months only to find out that my order cannot be completed due to some technical fault (apparently all orders were cancelled). I was given a refund.

In August I decided to give Hedyart another chance and ordered 3 customised paintings (worth over £100!). When I started painting the first one (a gift for my very good friend) I realised that the colours from my original photo I sent them don’t match the colours on the painting. The tabby cat (main focus on the painting) is BLUE!!! I contacted Hedyart who offered refund of that painting, to which I agreed. They promised to process the refund within 10 working days. I’ve been now waiting over a month and I still havent received my refund despite emailing them twice to enquire about it.

Please stay away from this dodgy company!

I have contacted HedyArt a number of times asking about an order I put in back in June. My customer number is lost and every time I ask them to check back to the month of June all over is can we have your customer order. Its exasperating trying to deal with them. You would get more sense out of Circus clown. What happened to basic English as a requirement for customer service jobs. I bet their not even based in the UK. I just want a refund at this
stage.

I have been waiting nearly three weeks for my painting, I ordered it so I would have plenty of time to paint my picture as it is for my parents anniversary. I have sent numerous emails to Hedy Art but they keep telling me that my package is “in transit”. It has been this way for a week now. I need this package as soon as possible

Disgusting I still wating a mouth now I want use them again the picture was off my late wife how past away in my I'm very upset crafty arts noxt spots off you took my £42 faster send my money back NOW ...

I was really pleased to receive emails regarding my order so quickly stating that the 2 items had been dispatched. Then a second email saying the last item had been dispatched . 1 item (The last one Dispatched) received within 48 hours Royal Mail but no sign of the other 2 . Tracking cannot find the delivery and no response from Hedyart to emails . One email sent to support and the other replied to the dispatch email...... so quick to complete the order and take payment but not so quick to respond when items fail to appear .... last time I’ll use this company and I will add my negative comment each time I see them advertised !

Amazing quality, absolutely love it!! I've bought 2 more since I finished the first one, best thing to do during quarantine!!

Still working on my 'colourful heart' absolutely loving doing it and can't wait to see it finished and framed hopefully soon! 😊

I ordered three paintings to occupy me during lockdown and completed the first as a present for my daughter to remind her of her time in Japan It was a Japanese seascape and turned out very well given the quality of the paint and canvas

Hedyart gave me the worst experience so far. The deliver took more than a month and the package as absolutely destroyed when I got it. The frame absolutely broken in different locations and the box completely damaged.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.

Hedyart is AMAZING, first saw this through a mutual colleague and was so impressed I decided to purchase one for my partner and she is so engaged and is loving the process. Really easy to place order, difficulty is choosing the one!

Purchased a frame for a paint by numbers. Dispatched quickly, and even when I (mistakenly) thought it was missing a part they were extremely helpful. Unbelievable customer service, cannot recommend them enough.

Loved painting this canvas it was a personal picture and the result was amazing. Painting arrived quickly and was good quality. Would definitely use Hedyart again.

Kit arrived within 2 weeks and is of good quality. The canvas was folded but easily sorted with a quick iron.
I’ve loved every minute spent doing this paint by numbers. It’s so relaxing and great for someone like me with no artistic skill whatsoever seeing their personal art work come to life. I’m looking forward to seeing the end result on my wall and will definitely be buying more from Hedyart.

Great service and a great product. Beautifully created from my photograph it now hangs proudly in my home. Quality paint and canvas and a paper print you can refer to if you are not quite sure of the number on the canvas, a VERY good idea.

Amazing service. Canvases are of very high quality as are the paints. Very quick delivery considering the current situation. Would 100% recommend.

I really enjoyed painting my art work looks amazing they are now framed and getting wrapped for Christmas presents .They have really helped over this lockdown.Great product, plenty of paint and easy to follow.I will be buying more as there are a great choice of styles.
