Scam, scam scam beware!!!!!

I bought 5 items for my partner for over $350 USD and it turned up on time, however the material was terrible, nothing fit properly it was nothing like the pics.

The customer service team responded quickly to my email regarding returns, but then said I needed to provide pictures of my partner in the clothes to show what the issue was. This is inappropriate!

After responding very concerned to the email, they then said they would offer me $5 for the items. This is a total scam and nothing should be bought from them.

Do not buy from this company as you will not be able to make returns! Received the dress and it was too big. Per the website instructions, I emailed "Holly" to get directions on how to return. Three weeks and 2 requests later, still no response. The website said they would respond in 24 hrs

Cheap knock off, terrible quality and nothing like the photos. I paid extra for express shipping and my order didn’t ship for 7 weeks. I reviewed the dress with a one star rating and it never showed up on their site. It’s a complete scam with fake reviews and product photos.

Scam. Items were never delivered & the response I got was “nothing we can do”. I can’t even use tracking number at the post office.

Buyer beware!!! The quality is horrendous. Cheap material and terribly made. The delivery time is equally terrible - it took a month to get to me. They advertise that they accept returns but when I asked for one they told me I had to pay to send it back to Asia. The cost would be more than the item! Disputing with my credit card company.

NEGATIVE stars if possible. They had the audacity to ask me to send pictures of the dress on my body to demonstrate how it doesn’t fit !!!!! They are SCAMMERS. The dress is horrible. DO NOT BUY.

Definitely a scam. You can tell they are uneducated when they email and it’s not a real business. Avoid unless you want your money stolen. Unfortunate that people like this exist. They also are falsely using models (rocky barnes) without consent. I messaged her directly and she said those photos and videos of her is a scam. Just thieves preying off people online. Hopefully they get what’s coming to them soon 🚌

Horrible, Similar experience to other reviews. The absolute poorest quality products; unfinished, missing holes, buttons, clasps, you name it. Ridiculous toxic smell, insanely cheap material, incorrect sizing, items look NOTHING like the photos. This company is a complete sham, DO NOT order. I went back and forth with customer service, sending requested photos of the unfinished items. I offered to return the items if they provided a return label and they would not. I filed a claim with PayPal and will be doing the same with my cc company and am going to blow up the reviews leaving them awful remarks. I gave them ample opportunity to make the situation right and after all of that, am filing the claims and telling everyone to not order a thing from them!

Paid for express shipping (1-2 business days) and am still waiting for my dress two weeks later. This is likely a scam. No answer from customer service email address.

Negative stars X100. legal involved /class action suit - they need to be shut down. Legal has requested information from them multiple times with no response. Full documentation trail of this too!
They shipped from US address but want $120 to return to China. I couldn't even make out what they sent me move over how it could possibly be worn?!! Would not refund per policy. Offered me $8 (WHAT!) Fraudulent and horrible customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS Company.

Absolutely, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I receive a dress that has a non functioning zipper and cannot be worn. I contacted them to say that received a dress that is basically broken and they only offered me $5 to just keep the dress. They then stated after many emails that I can return the dress, but the shipping cost would be very expensive. On their site, it says they are not responsible to shipping fees if the merchandise doesn't fit or if the customer doesn't like the it. Neither applies to me and they still refuse to pay for the shipping and keep offering a pathetic reimbursement amount of $5. NEVER order anything through this website. You will be very disappointed not only by the quality of the merchandise, but also by their customer service.

I won't even give them one star. I ordered merchandise in January 2024 and finally received the end of March 2024. The clothes were cheaply made and very poor quality. I contacted customer sevice by email and they were reluctant for me to return and I was told to keep merchandise and they would give me a discount on my next purchase.
I told them I did not want to keep and they said it would cost alot of money to send back. I finally got return address from them and mailed it back to Singapore China in April. It still sits in customs and they won't give me my refund. They emailed me that they cx my order and issued me a refund but did not. It is June 2024 and have not received refund and my cc cant refund me the $. I would not trust this company nor order their cheaply made clothes. They are a scam and should be banned from selling anything. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible! Cheap see-through material. The dress fit fine but it’s basically see-through. When I contacted the company I got the runaround for three weeks. Then they offered me a 20% discount lol. I basically paid $40 for a see-through dress and they will not refund my money, very poor quality and very poor customer service

If I could give negative stars I would. I'm sorry I did not see reviews before. CHEAP quality items. Took months to get. When it finally arrived opened package. HORRIBLE fit, poor quality material. Do not waste your money.

Awful!! do not order from here. Poor quality, two months to get products, and can not even get them to refund my money.

I don’t want to even give it 1 star. The clothes come from China. They are sub par. They sent me a mismatched size on a two piece set. A dirty oversized cut medium top. After refusal for a return and refund I sent PayPal pictures. 2 weeks later I got full refund.

Awful company and products! Don't waste your money!

All products are cut terribly...fits huge and blocky...customer service lies about return options as they won't actually go pick up the returned shipment. I got the items sent back to me and now since it's been 6 months, PayPal can't help. This company will avoid your issues until they can deny your request entirely. I even had to pay another $30 for shipping, and the items now returned to me are good for nothing but scrap materials.

I ordered a dress from them but the zipper was broke so I paid someone to fix it and emailed them for compensation and they offered me $6 when the new zipper was $10 and I paid the person $10 to fix it so I asked for $20 back and they stopped emailing me so not very customer friendly.
