DO NOT buy from this shop. It’s a scam!!!! They do not deliver orders and refuse refunds!!! I ordered over 2 months ago and they keep saying they’re processing the order! SCAM!!!!!!

Denim dress was order and received with broken zipper. Clearly, it was not tested prior to sending it. Customer service was horrible and very vague in solving the problem. Another one for landfill. Lesson learned.

Do not order from this company. They a china company that will take your money and never send the product . I ordered two weeks ago and send an email. They said they were still preparing my order ( it’s a dress). So many grammatical and spelling errors in the email. Shady AF

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Worst customer service ever! I bought this exact dress. It took forever to get to me. The first time I wore it, I could even get the zipper up. It broke immediately. I reached out to them to see how to get the dress replaced. They replied and offered me $8. I told them that was not a solution. They then offered me $11. I told them they needed to replace the dress or refund me the money. They told me I have to return the dress before I get a refund. This came from over seas somewhere. Don’t make the same mistake I made.

Order arrived a month late and missing 1 item. 3 out of 4 of the items shipped were sewn improperly, dirty, stained, and different (cheaper) materials than advertised. Their website return policy claims they take care of return shipping for inauthentic or damaged items. After 2.5 months, I haven’t gotten any of my money back nor a prepaid return label. They talk in circles repeating the same lies over and over. Terrible quality, terrible customer service. They are an absolute scam.

Avoid at all costs, THIS IS A SCAM. They send very different clothes to what is pictured, quality wise. And when you try to return they inform they will issue a $10 return for a $60 item and advise that the customer can keep the defective, ill fitting item and they are saving the customer the shipping cost.

they will not let me return the items i ordered. They ran small and did not fit! They just stopped answering my emails. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again

First I waiting for a month to get my order.
When I got it, I realized that it doesn’t fit the way it should, so I was trying to return it. Heidi dress replied to my request for the return as “have a nice day”. Just like that!

Poor quality. Ordered the same dress in two different colors. The fit is extremely different for both. Should have done my research. The dress is nothing like pictured.

Update: order finally arrived, April 2nd. One month from order date. Bad fit & scratch material. Lesson learned.

ZERO stars!!! Ordered dress March 2nd. Now it’s March 28th, my event is tomorrow & NOTHING!!! I submitted claim to PayPal. Waste of time & money!

The clothes are poor quality not exactly how they look in the pictures not satisfied with what i received 😕

It’s a Scam company. Find the actual maker of each item and order these pieces from a reputable supplier. Heidi dress is not reputable and they do not deliver their product. They do take your money though which is illegal. The problem is they are not in country so what can you do. Beware, find it with someone else.

If there were zero stars …. That would be my rating! Bought a dress for a wedding and it was thin material , nothing like the picture and cheaply made. They have a return policy but instead they offered me $4 as a “good will offering” what a joke! Don’t waste your time!

Tried to return dress it was $39 plus shipping for a black plastic dress - feels like a garbage bag super bad quality they offered me $12

As they say..you get what you pay for. Ordered a dress from this site and it did arrive but the fit was just awful. It actually had no darts in the bodice and fit like a sack.
I asked for a refund and since they are obviously a scam company..I was offered $8 ..a pittance..which I said better than nothing since I get to keep this thing as a reminder..but I have yet to receive the little refund. Wish I had checked this site a little more carefully. Learned my lesson. Never buy ANYTHING on Facebook if you are not familiar with company.

I ordered from the this website and reached out to exchange a product, they offered a refund of 13.00 on what I paid over 80.00 for. I declined the offer and they quit responding to my messages so that I could proceed with returning tue items. There website states all messages will be replied to within 24 hours, they didn't reply to one message within that time frame.

Can only pay by PayPal. Ordering process cumbersome, order never arrived, and customer service is non-existant

Took over a month to receive after numerous emails and paypal dispute, finally received 2 of the 3 items in, poorly made, thin, no liner, and not even sewed correctly, crooked, can't dislike this company And products enough, I order ALOT online, worse experience ever, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
