After trialing multiple AI Scribe and dictation programs, I have found Heidi Health to provide a good mix of accuracy and usability. I am hopeful that further use (greater than 30 days) proves continued usefulness - i.e. learning my "writing style", and making customized templates.

The customer service has been amazing. And Heidi as a tool is invaluable. The level of precision is high, and it makes note-taking a breeze. As a CBT Psychotherapist I have tried several note taking platforms, but Heidi is by far the best.

It is very simple to use and is doing 90% of the note for me. I use it in a virtual practice and allows me to really focus on my patients. I highly recommend it. With the physician burnout pandemic, this really needs to be a mandatory tool provided to every physician.

I have tried several transcription systems because I always wrote long notes and spent hours after work doing it. I cannot praise Heidi enough! It is the best and most affordable software and a game-changing tool. Thank you, Heidi! I also noticed that there are more tools coming, which sounds very exciting.

I remember a few years ago after finishing my charting for the day, I thought there has to be a better way. If only I could hold a conversation with a patient and then a complete SOAP note could be generated. Maybe someday that could happen. Well, someday just happened with Heidi. Patients love it because I am present time conscious with them. I love it because of the completeness of the note and time saved.

Rating is a 4.5. Makes my visits so much easier, I can be with my patients fully and not worry about taking notes during the visit. The formatting could use a little help, but besides that it's awesome.

I've tried several medical dictation systems, and this one is by far the best. It easily adapts to my needs, whether I require a brief summary or a more detailed note. It significantly reduces the time I spend on notes and charting, which is a huge benefit. My only complaint is that it's supposed to translate my Spanish visits to English, but that feature hasn't worked yet.

I'm an audiologist and have been using Heidi for writing chart notes for about 3 weeks. It has completely changed my workflow for the better. I can spend more time listening to my patients without using my energy trying to write down or remember every detail as I go. I am still working on getting the perfect templates for me, but it's been a really helpful and fun addition to my workday.

Gamechanger!
I'm always seeking ways to be more effective and more efficient so that my patients can get "all of me" during a visit. Heidi is the biggest move in this direction I have made and wholeheartedly recommend it. It is intuitive and does not take a huge learning curve. It allows me to be present and engaged and helps makes my notes better without any concern of replacing the human element. You still have to ask good questions and have solid medical knowledge and I don't feel like it steps on my toes at all.

Soooky ability to filter the relevant medical history, examination findings and clinical synopsis from the consultation. Paediatrics must add extra levels of difficulty because of background noise and interruptions from excitable patients. It’s not quite there yet, but will get there.

In the short while I've been trying Heidi I've been very impressed with how logically and appropriately it summarises the consultation into comprehensive notes. Heidi has been particularly helpful with longer consultations (such as assessments of auditory processing) - I can focus on my patient, and I've found Heidi remembers things I didn't, and organises the history into clear sentence points.
