Painful
Painful. Endless process for high rate loan. Local office has little or no ability other than to echo the comments from the home office. Don't waste your time with this finance option.
Follow up promised was useless. No reason to pay this kind of rate and be treated poorly.

I answered all the financial questions honestly and Jose listened attentively. My credit score wasn’t the best but, it wasn’t the worse either. I truly appreciate he placed his trust in me to help me pay one monthly payment instead of 12 different accounts. I am totally grateful.

LaPorcha was very helpful in letting me know what to do up front before coming into the office so that my visit would not be long.
She had all of the paperwork ready and we went through every document before signing. She explained everything to me very clearly.
I was glad to see that the first experience that I had with the team has not changed. LaPorcha introduced me to the new Manager as I was familiar with the last Manager Steve O'Connor.
My visit was very pleasant and LaPorcha Diaz was able to help me get more than I requested.
Excellent Visit!! I would come a third time if the customer service remains the same.

Heights Finance in Aurora has done it again! I’m happy to say that the staff is very pleasant to work with and they treat you with the utmost respect. Last year I had the pleasure to work with Pashun who made sure I had crossed all the T’s and dotted all the I’s on my contract and got me in and out in a timely manner. This year, I was contacted by their newest member, Nico, who informed me that I was qualified for additional funds if I wanted. This was very good news considering the holidays are coming up. I didn’t even have to ask for the additional funds-she contacted me! Nico (yes, that is the correct spelling of her name 😊) was just as efficient at assuring that process was accurately and completely processed in a timely manner. So if you DON’T want to get treated with respect then go somewhere else BUT if you DO want to feel like your in the company of friends who put your wishes first then go over to Heights Finance in Aurora and pay the wonderful staff a visit-they’ll take good care of you!
