Great collection of a plethora of mining projects with plenty of references and instructions to get you started. After a coupon issue arose, support helped me resolve it.

Everything went great. As advertised

For starters I tried ordering fifteen Hotspot miners a few years ago, and it was a long, very horrible ordeal. They kept saying over and over again That stuff is gonna be shipped out. But never was. waited over a year before i requested a refund. Fast forward to now, and I thought it would be a different experience. Ordered the hammer minor in december. Was expected to ship out on the second of january. And of course, come mid January, I get nothing. No information no update. Started to email them, and they just said you will get it soon. They even use the same wordage that they did last time. Telling me my order will be in a batch of some sort. February comes along, still nothing still have no idea.When i'm going to get my order. Customer service stopped responding two weeks prior. And then all of a sudden, out of nowhere I get an email late at night, saying my order was shipped. In the morning, I got an email saying it was out for delivery. Since it's a order that I have to sign for I have to prepare for it and I could not because I had no heads up. my package and delivery was delayed again. Finally, about a month and a half after ordering.And being in the dark for a while.I finally received my package. I would never order from this company again.

One of my orders was delayed and there really wasn't a reason stated. Maybe some more transparency there would be appreciated

So i originally wanted to get in on a buy 2 get one free sale. I missed that, but they had another sale going on that you bought a hammer miner you got a gamma 601 free and somehow i screwed up my check out. when i contacted tech support almost 2 weeks later, they immediately hooked me up with the deal i missed which was completely my fault. Shipping took about a week longer than i was told it would but products arrived packaged very well and both things starter right up and were easy to set up and get going. so all in all a success
