Got the DC06, doesn't boot up, no screen response. no power cable, no case, fan spins???

BTW - I don't know how Amazon was involved but received the miner with a piece of crumbled paper for padding, no bubble wrap, the transformer LAYING on top of the miner, their is NO WAY the miner could have survived.

The remaining parts for your DC06, including the power cable and case, are being shipped separately. We’re currently expecting them to arrive at our warehouse this Friday, and we expect to ship them out to you shortly after.

As for the unit itself not booting properly and the screen not responding, could you please send us a short video showing the issue? That will help us review this with the team and assist you further.

SHIPPING WAS FAST C AS ME WITH ALL TO HOOK IP LONG TIME HELIUM VETERAN

I purchase three miners from them, was told to wait a month before they were sent out. I was okay with thay but then I noticed that there was no movement on my order and no communication and responses to my concers. 2 weeks had pass the shipment date I reach out agian no response. I asked for a return of my money or told them to send the machine , which they decided to cancel my order then proceed to NOT return my money! Its has been over three weeks since I was told that they were return my funds and I am still waiting. Over 1k in purchases and nothing to show for it, they just took my money and ran. (SLOW CLAP) YOU GOT ME .

Not getting any updates on my oder been over 4 months and still waiting.

Great Device, Great Experience

Nice little miner that actually has useful features (price tracking, speaker, charging, etc.) Quality is better then expected. The overall experience purchasing through Helium Deploy is great.

Made an order of 10 nano 3 s. I had them in 2 days and I was told it would be 3 so I was super happy it was fast and good service and canadian:)

Fast delivery, and It was easy to set up and get it hashing

I got my 2nd Bitaxe Gamma 601 from Helium Deploy. This time it arrived in 2 days. I was really impressed. The miner is running well. I was lucky, and I mined 4 blocks of DigiByte already.

Product arrived as advertised! I bought an octaxe and it’s been hanging around 12TH right out of the box! The power brick runs hot. Going to find an alternative for that, but very pleased overall.

I'm very satisfied with my orders; the products work well and the accessories are perfect. I pre-ordered the Nesus S1 and I can't wait to receive it. Thanks!

have purchased two miners from Helium Deploy. The first Hammer Miner DC02 performed so well that I came back and purchased a second one, which says a lot about the quality of the products they are selling.

Both DC02 miners have been reliable, performed as advertised, and have become valuable additions to my mining setup. From a product perspective, I have been very happy with the purchases.

The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the delivery and support experience. Customers should be prepared for potentially lengthy shipping and delivery timeframes, even when products are listed as being in stock. My experience was that the overall process took significantly longer than expected.

I also experienced issues with the included Bitaxe 601 (bundle) units and never received a response regarding those failures, which was disappointing.

Overall, the products themselves have been excellent and I would purchase again, but there is room for significant improvement in communication, support responsiveness, and delivery expectations.
