I like the miners for the most part. I like the bundles and a "free" Bitaxe. What I don't like is the waiting for miners purchased and constant delays of merchandise purchased. Push back after push back. Waiting way past times stated when ship outs would be. Customer service is hit and miss. At first Customer Service was actually good then it has fallen off. I guess they have so many people buying they no longer care about complaints or trying to do better in customer relations. I have ordered thousands from this place and you would think they would treat you better. The frustration and delays is not worth dealing with a company who cares nothing of the customers. If you don't believe me go on to any chat, reddit, moken or Facebook and you can ask people and they will confirm how they treat you and how long it takes to get things. On top of that, if you order something from them, when it arrives you will see the lack of packaging ie,. bubblewrap, bubble pillows or paper fill to take care of your investment. I mean Helium Deploy NO longer cares.

Update: They were finally able to get me a refund and are attempting to fix their return policy.

Ordered an item on Jan, 26th. The order got delayed multiple times, pushing it out of their 14 day cancelation window. I contacted their customer service about the cancelation and they just gave me the run around, even though they still had the product in their warehouse. So they said they could do a return after I received the product. Well I finally received it on the 10th of March, well out of their 14 day return policy, which was not in my control at all, and makes no sense that they would start the return policy timer before the order even shipped. So I contacted their customer support again, just to be told I would get store credit instead of a refund. I told them I refused the store credit because I wanted a refund and wouldnt be doing business with them again. So I have now put in a complaint with Paypal, we are in the mediation stage before I escalate the issue.

i used bitcoin to pay for the product the finances didn't come from my savings or home account and the product was reasonably priced and shipped quicker than i thought it would be

Support has been very quick. Yes, there have been delays, but that is due to factors out of their control. The products arrive and they are quick to correct issues. Will continue to buy from them.

The product looked good in the pictures, it was worth the wait, the delivery was super fast once it was in stock, the products are already rolling out, thanks to Martin for the support on Discord!

I ordered three DC02 Hammer miners from Helium Deploy and only received one.

The package arrived after several delivery delays, during which I had to inquire each time, but unfortunately, it was incomplete.

I contacted support, and they said they would look into it.

It's been almost two weeks now, and I haven't heard anything from them.

I've also received no response to my five email inquiries so far!

I wrote in the Facebook chat, and they told me not to post about my order here, but to contact support.

I feel cheated; what else can you conclude from this behavior?

I announced that I would make this public, but no one seems to care.

Okay, then I'll contact the portal where Helium Deploy advertises and report the incident to the authorities. It's completely unnecessary, but I just want my product or my money back.

Helium Deploy is really a great company to order any ASIC crypto miners or if you want to get in to the Depin networks they really are ahead of the normal company. I have ordered 3 different ASICs from them and they have all came well packed and in a reasonable amount of shipping time. They are based in Canada but have warehouses in the USA. I have also ordered from them a ROVR Depin GPS item and it has been working GREAT and making a some crypto on the side from just basic driving around daily.

The ordering was easy and fast. And the customer service is top notch to.

My gamma 601 v2 shipped on schedule, arrived in 2 days US stateside shipping. Device was very easy to set up, and it was only my first time doing so but I got it all set up in 20 minutes. Automatic fan mode is working good, keeps device at or under 60C inside my PC case at about 60% fan power with hardly any noise.
Device has now ran out of the box for 24 hrs at or above 1.5th/s. Current 1 hr average is 1.53th/s. Genuinely happy with purchase!

Update: Support did end up giving me store credit which is great... Company's and people make mistakes, but its how they fix it that really matters.
All good now.

They will sell you products for projects that are already dead or almost dead so it’s completely useless. Sending back equipment that is not working is a pain. They denied me a return on a $600 piece of equipment because it was after 14 days it took them a month to ship it to me but they consider the purchase date the start time . I have spent a ton of money with them, I have 8 active depin projects and I will not spend another penny with Hellium.

The support was great , I constantly received updates on shipping, and due to manufacturer 's delays in shipping, the helium deploy team gave me coupon discounts for other items they sell. Kudos for their support staff.

Customer service was fantastic. Had questions and was promptly answered. Great prices and deals, will be purchasing from them again and will be recommending to others.

Very fast delivery and the website is very clear and well organized. You also pay less for certain hardware than in other stores.

Great communication, processing and tracking through to order fulfillment. Happy customer, and product was easy to setup. Great quality and happy to have this sitting on my desk.
