Order never arrived and customer support did nothing
Don't buy from this company. I ordered a Bitaxe Gamma v601 and it never turned up. After six weeks of going back and forth with customer support, who constantly told me they were "escalating" the matter, I had to file a chargeback dispute with my bank. Always double check reviews before buying from any company operating in the crypto space.

Do your research guys! I am an actual customer not a friend or family giving good reviews to make look better. Want the truth log into to Moken and read 100’s of angry people raging on delays and poor quality. Don’t use your hard earned money supporting this company. This is a reseller of items from China like most places buying from Alibaba marking up and reselling miners to you and me. My experience with this company has been very bad and I got hooked because bundles seemed to be a good deal. Delays, delays, delays… but wait it don’t stop there poor quality control on miners sold because they are not receiving their shipments from china then rushing to ship and then absolutely horrible customer service! I ordered items back in December of last year and I am still waiting on receiving them. On the miners I did receive two had no thermal paste or initial flashing done NONE! This is the worst quality control ever done.you contact there customer service and they sweet talk a whole bunch but never help or fix the issues. They never resolve the issues! I say stay away from this Canada company. What recourse do you have buying from a company in Canada when they do nothing to fix issues besides a bad review warning others. From USA and angry that this company is horrible to deal with! Stay away from using them

No after sales support
No after sales support, got the device ok, set it up with factory settings. Kept crashing ...like 14 times an hour..contacted support twice, got one reply saying someone will reach out within 48 hours. No one reached out.
