Helpful support and quick billing resolution
I had a billing issue after uninstalling the Atlas app, and a $39 charge still appeared on my upcoming Shopify bill. I contacted support through the in-app chat, and Normie helped me quickly. They explained the reason for the charge and applied a credit so I would not have to pay it.
The issue was resolved smoothly, and I appreciate the fast customer support.
