Pissed off mom

I will never again use these CHEAP diapers! You definitely get what you pay for, I just received my package a couple days ago and was going on a road trip, I figured I’d use a night time diaper to hit the road, 4 hours later my son was fussing and acting antsy. We stopped 4 and a half hours later and he was SOAKED! 😡 and so was his car seat. Unfortunately all I brought with me were these cheap diapers cause I thought it was more convenient to throw in a pack of the diapers in the suitcase and was stuck with these diapers til we got to our destination. Every stop my sons clothes were wet! I’m so mad and highly disappointed. Then to top it off it leaves like a spiderweb looking type mess inside the diaper each diaper change. Never ever again will I buy this brand! Had to waste more money on more diapers when we got to our stop.

I love these diapers but unfortunately…

I love these diapers but unfortunately something in them is causing my baby to get a rash. The shampoo also is causing her to have a rash. But my 4 year old is fine with the products. He uses the de-tangler spray, lotion, and shampoo and hasn’t had any issues. We also subscribed to the diaper bundle I skipped a month to see if the baby’s rash gets better with huggies. I haven’t had any problems with ordering.

Cute Patterns- Poor Product

Loved the patterns so thought I’d give them a try. They do not absorb well, and lots of blow outs. On top of all that after a week of use, our poor baby is allergic to something they are made with and has a red hot bottom! Back to Pampers swaddlers we go! We wasted money.

Not a good company to try and deal…

Not a good company to try and deal with. After cancelling my subscription, and being assured it was cancelled, they sent me another package. I have contacted them to ask again to cancel. They acknowledged it was supposed to be cancelled, but couldn't stop the shipment. Now I have to return it and wait for a refund. If you want their product, I'd advise you buy it locally and do not deal with all this shipping hassle.

Shipping and bundles

I like the diapers, the patterns are cute and I haven’t had issues with leakage other than night time, I use another brand for nights. I have had several problems with my orders. They’ll send me a notification to update my order because a pattern is out of stock or whatever, ok fine. But then my shipment will get bumped. I have to call customer service and they are great and fix it but then I have to wait another 5 days for shipping (this was pre corona) so I usually have to go out and buy some more diapers to get through until the delayed shipment. And I’ve had a few times where my order will ship, ok I’m good with diapers until that date, but then when I check in it it’s another day late, another day late. It’s just annoying when the whole point it to have diapers on a regular schedule so I’m not running out and making a separate trip for another pack.

How does this company have good reviews?

I am so confused, how do these have good reviews? These diapers are just not good. The baby oil is fine, and I haven’t tried any other shampoo or anything, but the diapers should be the one thing you get right. We started with a box from a leading brand and the moment we switched to our Hello Bello box our son immediately blew out. He has gone through 8 Hello Bello diapers and has peed through 6 of them. PLEASE do not buy these diapers.

I LOVE the Hello Bello diapers

I LOVE the Hello Bello diapers, price point, and subscription service for this brand! However, I am not a fan of the cutesy extras the brand throws in the boxes. My main reason of going with this service was because of they offer a product that is mostly eco-friendly and they contribute to sustainability efforts. The extra they throw in (an umbrella for your head? Really?) end up in my trash. The diapers and wipes are fantastic, no need for gimmicks that clog up our landfills and waste resources.

Liked the look of the designs so we gave them a shot and they are the worst diapers ever made! Don’t absorb anything and I hope you like blow outs. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from these

My review is solely based on ordering…

My review is solely based on ordering and shipping.
Not the best experience with this company. I ordered one of their diaper bundles and a few side items on June 29. I received my “shipped” Email on July 2nd. The delivery company was Canpar. First the shipping information wasn’t loading, then when I checked a couple days later it showed my package arriving on July 2nd by end of day. That didn’t happen. Then the tracking updated to July 3rd by end of day. That also didn’t happen. Once again, tracking was updated and now said July 6 by end of day. That did not happen. Today is July 7, the tracking info has been updated to days date by end of day. To ensure delivery nd to find out what happened I called the customer service line for Canpar and was on hold for over 30mins. When I finally spoke to the rep, she said that drivers are not allowed in elevators during covid times and can only deliver my package to the lobby, which makes 0 sense to me. I’m 9 months pregnant, and cannot lift a box of this size yet alone bend down to pick it up. My building unfortunately does not have a concierge and I am a single parent. The packing facility where my package would be brought to should I not receive my item is a great distance away from my home, so picking it up is not an option either (shouldn’t have to be anyway). I’m really disappointed that my experience was a negative one. I was excited to choose my own patterns and bundle for savings. If I knew it would be this difficult I would have just bought the packaged diapers from Walmart.

Love them

Love them! Sooo soft & they hold a lot of pee! The wipes are super thick and nice. The apricot vanilla lotion and body wash is perfect, light soft nice scent and makes babies skin extra soft.

A waste of money

These diapers are an absolute waste of money. They can’t hold nearly as much liquid as their Huggies counterpart. My son wakes up wet a few hours into the evening almost every night we put him in an overnight diaper. We will not be purchasing this product again

My 5&6 yo use the shampoo and body…

My 5&6 yo use the shampoo and body wash. I just purchased a travel pack. It came with another scent shampoo body wash which they tried and still like. Conditioner was nice as well...but my 5yo began screaming when I put the calming soft lavender premium baby lotion on his back. I didn't burn my hands. My daughter did fine until I got to her shoulders. I tried it on my chest and it had a tingling sting almost like it was mentholated.

FALSE ADVERTISING

I was gifted the Premium Shampoo & Body Wash (calming soft lavender) for my baby shower. It clearly states “dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, pH-balanced, TEAR-FREE, ultra-mild” and “gentle cleaning for extra dirty babies” on the label. My sweet one if 7 months old and I just used it for the first time. Immediately upon washing her face, she began squinting and rubbing her eyes. I immediately rinsed it off; she then stopped rubbing her eyes and squinting, but they remained mildly red and irritated for a short while after. As I questioned that she may have extra-sensitive eyes, I then used it to wash my own face and it burnt the hell out of my eyes too! I immediately contacted the company via chat and their reply was absolutely appalling! In summary, they stated that their product produced similar results to other tear-free products and that I should seek medical attention if I’m concerned. ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. At the very least a report should be made with specific lot information so that the product could be checked for SAFETY. After pointing this out to the chat-user named “Cloue”, only then did they state they would make a report. Hello Bello, you make products for BABIES, the most delicate and sensitive humans alive. TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR COMPANY and CARE in their safety and what effects your products have. I was upset that the product displayed false advertising, but I am now infuriated by their lack of compassion and concern.

Best company ever

I absolutely love Hello Bello, I preferred their diapers when I received them as a gift and noticed they don’t get moist on the outside like every other diaper we’ve tried. And they’re so cute!! The bubble bath makes a lot of bubbles that smell great, and the lotion makes my baby EXTREMELY soft for a whole day. The overnight diapers we haven’t had a leak yet, and I love the monthly crate with the free gift. Not to mention I was sent two free packs when I was unable to exchange diapers due to covid. Will forever be using hello bello!!

Horrible greedy company with bad customer service

I am not giving 1 star for the diapers. They are the only ones my little girl can wear without breaking out like other brands. I’m giving a 1 star because of the horrible greedy customer service I received. I processed my order, received confirmation of my auto ship, only to be notified the day my order was supposed to be shipped that none of the prints I had chosen for my baby girl. I reached out to support, and they basically told me that it wasn’t their problem. That I could choose from whatever prints were available or not order at all. So I was forced to order boy prints for my baby girl to wear. When I emailed and sent a chat, no one responded to my email and the Chat representative would never get a supervisor to assist me. All I received was an email for hours later from the representative that she had spoken to the supervisor and they said in no way form or fashion will be give a credit or a future credit towards an order. I’m very disappointed and feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. My pediatrician recommended hello Bello for my baby’s very sensitive skin, but after this I am reaching out to him for a recommendation of another brand.

I ordered 4 different outfits and a…

I ordered 4 different outfits and a bunch of the baby skin care products for my friend whose expecting any day now and she loved everything!! The package came on time, the clothing is sooo soft and the colours are so nice! Everything smells so good too! I definitely recommend them for the price :)

Shampoo not tear free

I really like the diapers and wipes. I tried their baby shampoo and though it says tear free it caused both kids to cry in pain and their eyes were visibly red when they got some in their eyes so not quite tear free.

I used to love hello bello diapers ...

I used to love hello bello diapers until my daughter started using size 4. She started having a lot of leaks and it was because the diaper would expand very quickly and she would have several leaks and blowouts. Thought it was a sizing issue but same thing happened when I got her a size 3. If you have a little one that’s not very active then I highly recommend since they did not give my baby a rash and their other products are very good for the price , but for active babies this is a BIG NO.

Disappointing experience, but loved the products

Loved the diapers, wipes, and vitamins, but just had a horrible problem with them with their subscription, so I am no longer using them. I ordered my first bundle in March, and my second bundle should have automatically processed on April 20th, but never did. I gave them some extra time with everything that’s going on, and on 4/28, I contacted them and they said that my order fell into some error and never went through, so she processed my order that day. I got an email confirmation with a tracking number the next day. It stated they were shipped on 4/28 and would be here 5/4. Monday (5/4) rolls around and I never get them. I checked my tracking email and it showed no progress...a label was created, but never went anywhere. The arrival date updated to “pending”. I tried sending an email that night but still hadn’t heard back from them as of today. Was able to get on their live chat during their business hours today and they said that they supposedly were able to confirm that fedex picked them up (even though that’s not what my tracking information shows) but no movement since then, so they must have gotten lost. She offered to reprocess the order. I asked how long it would be until I get my bundle since they were already about 2 weeks late at this point and my next shipment was supposed to process on 5/26. They said 24-48 hours for processing and 3-7 business days for shipping, so by the time I would get them, I’d have maybe a week before I was supposed to be getting my 3rd bundle. At that point, I requested a refund and canceled my subscription. I love the products and the designs are adorable, but not worth the hassle when the whole point was to get them every month and not have to worry too much about having enough diapers or wipes. I promptly ordered Huggies and a large box of wipes(more than double the amount of wipes you get from Hello Bello), plus my vitamins off Amazon for about the same price and the diapers and wipes will be here on Saturday. I was very pleased with them with my first bundle, but EXTREMELY disappointed after this experience!

Definitely not for sensitive skin!

I read the reviews and read all the ingredients in the products. They advertise that they are organic and hypoallergenic. I was excited to receive them in the mail because pampers broke my baby out and she has eczema so I wanted to try hello bello based on what they advertised. I opened a pack of the diapers and my baby wore them for less than 24 hours and her private area was red and swollen!! I couldn’t even wipe her without her screaming and crying uncontrollably. Needless to say, I won’t be using these diapers anymore. I’ll stick with huggies!!!
