Bad bottles
Something has changed in the dispenser of the Tush Cush. Lube is great but I bought 3 bottles and with all of them the top has separated and come off. I would attach a picture if this review allowed it. I’ve bought the same thing in the past and haven't had an issue but now I have three useless bottles. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing them again.

Terrible it’s making me reconsidering…
Terrible it’s making me reconsidering my choice of buying here for some reason they keep on breaking and I’m very gentle with them. I cleaned them properly. I also stored them, but it’s like the motor keeps going out. it only works well for a couple of months probably not even that the last one I had only worked for about a month or two.

Switching warehouses shouldn’t be my problem
I understand that you were switching warehouses, as I was told, but 20 days from the time I ordered until the time I received it is unacceptable. You should have sent it 2 day air, on your dime. That is called customer service.
