There's absolutely no change, except I'm over $50 short in my bank account. There no changes, no effects, except for a minty fresh breath, let's be honest I can get mints for a lot less. Incredibly dissapointed based on their claims, I fell for it and it was a waste of money and expectations.

I love Tush Cush so much and will continue purchasing it as long as it's available, but the subscription service is awful now. There's no way (still) to pause or skip a shipment like there used to be. Sometimes I don't need a refill and having the option of skipping would be appreciated. I've brought this up before and still no change.

Scam of products.

What a great experience dealing with customer service! My toy would not hold a charge. I reached out to the company even though my husband had purchased it through a retail store. They responded promptly and the process on getting a replacement was quick and easy. Thank you, I will definitely be trying more products just because of their awesome customer service.

To be quite honest after having a toy breakdown on me basically and the non-functional I was promised a replacement which I didn't get the first round so they re-mounted to me I got it a thing around and guess what it was a non-functioning it's a newer model which I've noticed and it has a little bit of changes such as where the battery charger goes and the depth of the center but unfortunately I did not get to experience it I just kind of gave up at this point

Although the libido increaser didn't work for my fiance, it worked for me and the customer service staff went above and beyond to ensure I was refunded when my payment system glitched and I got charged twice. I never received an automated message and the person I communicated with responded promptly, professionally, and kindly.

Customer service was 5 star, but the product isn’t good AT ALL. My $15 toy from some random Chinese company on Amazon is far superior. Truthfully, I won’t buy from this brand again, & will have to purchase another toy to replace this one - I’d like my money back, ideally.

I am not exactly clear which purchase I am reviewing right now, but hello cake doesn't have any bad products that I've seen and the packaging and customer service are always excellent. Discreet on the outside, playful and well packed inside. (Unless you count the outside of bottles/products, like the "SEX LUBE" is not exactly discreet if you leave it sitting out for kids to see... So don't if you're not ready for that conversation.) 😅

I’m beginning to believe this entire company is a scam. I’ve attempted ordering from them twice. I canceled the first order because they took my money and delivered…nothing (I did get refund). I tried giving them a second chance and ordered again. Again…nothing. When I inquired I was told my order was cancelled, which I didn’t do. I asked them to “un-cancel”…it’s now been 10 days and still nothing other excuses.

I recently purchased the Warming & Cooling Lubes and what a dud. We did not have any warming or cooling sensation. If I could return to get my money back i would. I was really hoping for that game changing experience but this completely fell short.
