I keep finding all this sites that are fake by the same people
They send u the same recoding message as they care and they going to check your order but it is all fake
They even advertise that they goods are from USA

But it is China
They are scams

I would honestly not even give this company 1 star if i didn’t have to. My order never came, my refund has yet to come and it’s been 3 months of me emailing customer service. There’s a link to file a dispute, it’s fake. This company is a huge fraud and should be removed from all platforms of social media for being so incredibly horrible.

Wish I can show you what I received compared to what was advertised. The only thing that was right was the color. The fabric/material that came wasn't what was advertised at all! The sleeve length of the dress was supposed to be almost 3/4 sleeve but was short sleeve instead and the length was supposed to be calf length was knee length and I'm 5'2"! Very disappointed as the clothes are so cute online. I will try to return but after reading all these reviews, it seems futile. Too bad there will be more suckas like us buying from them before reading these review.

Just Received my products and the quality of the clothing is Amazing! I have loved every piece I've ever put on. I'm petite, so I don't wear a lot of prints...this is perfect. I'll order a some more clothes from time to time.

I rarely online shop, and this store is the prime example why I don’t. I have been waiting over 2.5 months for my order, I finally just emailed them receiving a non apologetic response asking for “my patience”. Being in the customer service industry, this is unacceptable. Reading reviews on this company has now made me skeptical of the quality I’m going to eventually receive.
I asked for a refund, and they won’t give it. Reading their responses to customers seems robotic and insincere.
I do not recommend this company, that being said before I have even received my purchase.

The store has a great selection of retro styled outfits some that you cannot get anywhere else in the country. I've gotten so many beautiful unique pieces there.The prices were super reasonable and I left with three dresses, my best score in ages. hellocloth is great, I will definitely be back.

Do not buy from this company, they take your money but don’t send the goods 😡 waited more than 4 weeks for a refund

Please do not order from this site... they cheat you... I'm awaiting my order which was placed in May... now they have stopped replying to mail's too..

I ordered a dress from Hellocloth on the 2nd of June with the promise on order for a 7-12 working days and it took one month and eight days for it to come which was yesterday.. After a lot of communication with an Angela who just kept repeating the same reply over and over again and refusing to give me a refund as they had dispatched the garment, I received a useless piece of clothing made from inferior material that resembled a texture of a cheap tablecloth and with no shape at all and does not look anything like the photo they posted...don't waste your money on these scams that take your money and send you sub standard clothing. Will stick to Australian Companies from now on.. be warned do not order from this company or similar companies that pop of FB and Google...total scam...

No stars if I could...the most atrocious sleazy material, nothing like the photo, no design, like shown. It might as well be a large plastic garbage bag with stripes. Should always read reviews I guess. Will attempt to see if can be returned... HA!

I love this reasonably priced two-pack of shirts. They're a very basic, usable design in basic solids--mine came in black and white. But what I particularly love is the fabric, a rayon spandex combination that is thin and yet surprisingly heavy and that drapes beautifully. I wish all clothing choices could be this simple.

this company is a scam and sends you nothing of what you ordered and in a polyester certainly flammable non breathable material that would not fit anyone correctly. I express ordered a blue and white striped jumpsuit on May 17 paying for 2-5 business days and did not receive it until late june and it was a polyester black dress that had armholes that maybe had a 3inch opening?! after many MANY complaints I have been told I could have a credit to the shop....ummmm no thanks. So I told them it is unacceptable and now i am in a "waiting line" for 30 days to receive a refund due to their many refunds in the pipeline :/ I will be disputing the charge with my bank!

This company uses the photos of beautiful clothing to lure you in but ships garbage made of inferior fabric.

Unbelievably slow. I placed an order last month. They have a different excuse every single email. Do not buy from this site. Extremely unprofessional.

What the F***!!! This company is a SHAM. After placing an order, I looked at these reviews and canceled my order within hours. It has been over two months now, and they replied saying their refund company is busy and the next window of refund is a month from today. I got this excuse three times already. I’m contacting my bank tomorrow and filing a complaint against this trashy company. SHAME on you guys, Hellocloth!

UPDATE: Order number is HE15881-XA! I just got yet another reply saying the refund timeline is a month from today, and please be patient. It has been over two months, and I am contacting my bank regarding this sham. What a pain!

It is impossible to track, It has taken for ever to receive my stuff. Thay offer free shipment over 75 dollars bun never tell you its from china and will take an eternity, however they charge you imediately. very poor service, do not buy from them

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company is a sham. I ordered and canceled within 10 minutes on 5/12. Several emails and over a month later I’ve been offered a credit then several promises to refund - the first reaponses semi- professional and the last response rude.

They withdraw money/charge your account within seconds but allege it takes 25-30 days to refund. This is to dissuade you from getting your bank involved. They have now stopped responding to me. Though my refund is only about $100 if I am not refunded by the end of this month as per their last promise I will begin my social media war and make sure that anyone I know and can reach will know they are a sham. Yes. I will pay for ads on social sites to make sure as many people that I can reach don’t get scammed like me. Yes, today is the end of the month - yes today my ads begin!

I am of the opinion that this is a complete scam organization. I ordered from them, cancelled within an hour of ordering - and am still awaiting a refund (they offered me a 5$ coupon/certificate rather than refund) 6 weeks later! Any time I message them, I get platitudes and requests to be patient, kind, and that I should consider their workload. I suspect they are just sitting on the monies they receive and collect interest which may be their actual business.

This company is a sham. I placed an order on May 28, 2018 and have yet to receive it. I thought I was ordering from Hello Clothing, which is a legit clothing store with excellent ratings, only to find out that I had inadvertenly ordered from Hellocloth, which I will NEVER DO AGAIN and NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!

I received two of the garments of my shipment, I have to say that is totally low quality, really poor, low quality, cheap material, nothing as seen in the pictures. DON'T WASTE your money and time it has taken more than 2 months to arrive and then to received crap is money down the drain. This websites should be banned for having just selling garbage to people.
