I pondered over purchasing this item for a while, but glad I took the plunge. The seller was very generous after there was a glitch in the system not allowing my discount due to the free brow stick offered; I therefore also received a free mascara.
The products have all been of good quality of what I’ve used and their description is spot on.
I ordered bond, lashes, brow stick and received a mascara. The only thing I haven’t used is the actual lashes as they need trimming, I was finding them tricky to use and already had my own short band length lashes. The bond is particularly good!

I’ve returned it all as awful quality. Still waiting for refund!!!!

I love the lashes. It takes a bit of practice as I wear glasses so without them it’s difficult, but with a magnifying mirror I’m succeeding. It’s so much easier for me to stick the lashes to the underside of my own lashes so when the invisibond is back in stock I will be buying more of that- hopefully soon.

Just had a zoom chat with Zoe to help me fix the lashes and feel far more confident. A little more practice and they will be great. Lovely quality lashes, very natural which is what I wanted. There is a knack to fixing them and Zoe’s guidance really made a difference.

I live in Belfast (Northern Ireland) my products arrived within three days of ordering and I wasn't disappointed. I'm one of the ladies who could never apply artificial eyelashes but loved the look of them on other women and was kind of jealous of them but these are super easy to apply and are very natural, they make a big difference to my night's out. I love them and will definitely purchase them again, definitely worth a recommendation 💞

Great service. Have been using the lash serum and mascara everyday. Very easy to use. Too soon to see results yet but am very hopeful of seeing improvements to the length and condition in the next week or so. Recommended.

These lashes aren’t a patch on the ones I’ve had from Hello Dame in the past. They are all one length instead of nicely tapered and are sparse, spindly and cheap looking and not as natural looking as the eyelashes I’ve bought from the company before. I’m afraid I won’t be buying any from them in the future which is a great shame as I thought I’d found my perfect lashes.

As a senior lady I was surprised with Hello Dame London eyelashes that they would be perfect for me, can’t stop wearing them, make a big difference to my confidence. When I put them on I feel and look younger without looking like mutton dressed as lamb, Thankyou Zoe for doing this for me

I have new about HD since I first spotted zoe on tick tock and the eyebrow definer is the best one I have ever had and I have had many in my time so if you have not tried one I suggest you order write now you will be so glad that you did and if you don't then there's nothing really lost as its not that expensive 😊

Love these lashes. Have never been able to master false eye lashes before but these are so easy to apply and stay in place all day.

Absolutely fantastic eyelashes. Took me a few goes getting them positioned properly, but they are amazing and you definitely can’t even feel them when they are on! Have never found any strip lashes that were comfortable enough, before, so I usually use individual lashes instead but I don’t need to, anymore ! These are brilliant! They just need a bit of practice, that’s all.

Sorry despite lots of attempts the lashes are two big and clumsy for my small hooded eyes.

Arrived promptly. Nicely packaged, for permanent use. I like the product and having watched the various videos it didn’t take long to apply successfully.

So glad I found these lashes, I can easily put them on after having always struggled with false lashes but they are so flattering also. I just brought another box as I am so pleased

Fantastic product, the magnetic lashes are so easy to use and look great. I have bought multiple sets of lashes from Hello Dame (Audrey lash enhancers are fab!) and will continue to do so! X
