es tut uns außerordentlich leid, dass bei Deinen wöchentlichen Lieferungen immer wieder Zutaten fehlen. Wir verstehen Deinen großen Ärger darüber vollkommen, denn es ist extrem frustrierend, wenn man beim Kochen feststellt, dass wichtige Produkte für das Rezept nicht mitgeliefert wurden und man ständig improvisieren muss.
Dass Dir das nun jede Woche passiert, ist absolut inakzeptabel und entspricht nicht unserem Serviceversprechen. Die Vollständigkeit unserer Boxen sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. Wir nehmen Dein Feedback sehr ernst und leiten es umgehend an unser Logistikteam weiter, damit die Packprozesse in unserem Verteilzentrum strenger kontrolliert werden und sich dieser Fehler nicht weiter wiederholt.
Bitte wende Dich wegen der fehlenden Zutaten an unseren Kundenservice, am besten über den Chat in der App oder auf der Webseite. Wir kümmern uns dann sofort um eine faire Erstattung für die fehlenden Produkte, denn Du sollst natürlich nicht für etwas bezahlen, das Du nicht erhalten hast.

Must improve transportation.
As i see the customer service chat is awful and they close your chats even if you are only few seconds away using the traductor, i will say it here then.
There is always something broken/damaged in the box, whether it's plenty desserts (tiramisu, chocolate cake), meat (one time a bag of chicken breast burst open and the juice leaked out), vegetables (tomatoes), or small sauce packets(plenty). It’s starting to get really annoying.

es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Du mit unserem Kundenservice-Chat so frustrierende Erfahrungen gemacht hast. Dass Gespräche beendet werden, während Du noch einen Übersetzer nutzt und Dir die Zeit nimmst zu antworten, ist absolut nicht kundenfreundlich und wir entschuldigen uns für dieses Vorgehen.
Dass zudem in Deinen Lieferungen immer wieder Produkte wie Desserts, Tomaten oder Soßenpäckchen beschädigt ankommen, ist sehr ärgerlich. Besonders eine geplatzte Verpackung bei rohem Hähnchenfleisch, bei der bereits Fleischsaft ausgelaufen ist, stellt ein echtes Hygienerisiko dar und darf auf keinen Fall passieren. Wir verstehen vollkommen, dass Du davon mittlerweile sehr genervt bist, da die Unversehrtheit der Zutaten für uns eigentlich oberste Priorität haben sollte.
Wir nehmen Deine Kritik sehr ernst und geben die wiederholten Verpackungsmängel umgehend an unser Logistikzentrum weiter, damit hier dringend nachgebessert wird.

Ingredients are fresh, recipes interesting, tasty and easy to prepare. It makes cooking more exciting! In case of problems with courier delivery, they are extremely helpful. Boxes cost their price, but there are easy ways to get a discount. If you know someone who can give you a free box coupon, surely try it. Portions are not giant though!

My order was marked as delivered to a “neighbor,” but the name and apartment details provided do not match any actual neighbor. The delivery status was changed to “delivered” even though I was not at home and never received the box.
There was no valid authorization for anyone else to accept the delivery on my behalf. Despite explaining this clearly, customer service simply repeated that the package was delivered and did not take responsibility for resolving the issue.
If a customer does not receive the goods they paid for, the seller should properly investigate instead of dismissing the complaint.
Extremely frustrating and not the level of service I expected.

It’s a game changer but comes at a premium
After procrastinating for long, finally tried their service. Everything from ordering/choosing the menu online through receiving the delivery, packaging, instructions, and the final food itself that you put together yourself is simply amazing!
I’m a fan of their menu. If you are bored of cooking the same food over and over again, and want some new inspiration, then this is the right choice. Try it for a few weeks and you’ll experience it yourself.
Their packaging deserves a special mention. Fresh ingredients like diary that need refrigeration are actually sent along with an ice packet which keeps the ingredients cool throughout the whole transportation chain. And they have chosen their packaging to be truly sustainable.
Of course, as you can imagine, the only drawback is that the menus are expensive. But that’s the premium you pay for all the work they put in for you. In my case, just to keep the costs in check, I have chosen two meals per week (to start with). That way, I don’t have to worry about “8 meals” a month. No shopping. No spending my mental energy on thinking what to prepare.
I hope the costs reduce and become reasonable as you keep ordering with them. Especially the delivery charges (which add up quite fast over the course of a month)
