Fantastic customer service and product
We did a lot of research on mobile wifi before going ahead with IQ and there were lots of reviews about how good their customer service is. It is second to none! They are so responsive - Frazer has helped me over the last six months with keeping online whilst in different countries and I cannot believe how detailed they are. Frazer even phoned me directly to let me know I still had data to use before buying another bolt on. Its a brilliant option, you won't regret it.

75% reduction in EU data allowance
Bought annual sub for 100GB top-ups in Europe. Upon first use all was working great and would have given 5 stars but whilst away IQ changed the terms and reduced this to 25 GB.
Already have a better priced UK SIM package we use so feel this has been mis-sold. Like others, would not have bought if we had known they could not honour the terms offered when purchased the 12 month sub.

Used last year paid £20 for the yearly SIM usage and a further £20 for a month of data - 100GB, it worked well so purchased this year to work while travelling europe. Paid an additional £20 for the annual SIM usage and £20 for first moths data, connection has been very poor this year everywhere and when showing full reception the speeds have not been anywhere near advertised, been struggling to load email, contacted company but 2 weeks later and heard nothing. Got an email today explaining that the 100gb is being cut to 25gb before my agreed data bundle even expires. I'll be submitting a claim for a refund. There are other companies that offer a far better service, avoid this one!
Very disappointed
Very disappointed - only just bought the SIM and they have now reduced the roaming allowance to 25GB from 100GB. In my view, as there is an annual fee, the terms should remain until renewal. If I had known this would happen, I would have gone with another provider.
This sim card works very well for us…
This sim card works very well for us when travelling in France. We managed to stream uk content and surf easily. Well supported by the UK team just needs an easy way to see usage and renewal. Overall excellent

I'm getting superb service from this company. Their customer service guys are friendly and very helpful. I've used my phone and my data Sim in France, Spain and Portugal as well as in the UK. I also bought a ZTE wifi/power pack. That's good too.
I should have switched to IQ Mobile earlier
I should have done the change earlier! Switching to IQ mobile was the best decision, great network, great coverage and great customer support. The onboarding was quick and easy.
The Operations Manager is very patient and walks you through all the details several times if needed. Very helpful ;)

Moved over from the abortion that is O2 on word of mouth and man oh man these guys are simply wonderful. From the very simplified onboarding process to bundle picking, and then direct debit sign up every part has been so easy to understand. Can't thank iQ mobile enough.Especially Frazer.
I was having big problems for over a month trying to connect my ZTE Router to my Avtex tv in my campervan. I didn't know you may have to Set up a APN .I was told by my provider at the time that the sim card was activated .But it wasn't set up to an compatible APN .And my previous provider didn't know how to do it .So a change my provider to iQ .And within 5 minutes I'm connected. So go with iQ mobile if like me your not savvy with computer's. They know what their doing and they are at the end of a phone call or What's App.

Customer service 2nd to none
Customer service 2nd to none! Every question answered succinctly and accurately then when Ruyal Mail failed to deliver on time Frazer organised replacements that arrived promptly. Then when EE messed up the porting he got it escalated and fixed. Off to Europe at the weekend and look forward to using it properly confident that if we gave a problem the customer service is there to help us out.

Purchased a sim card
Purchased a sim card, but Royal Mail lost it. Emailed them, and Frazer contacted me back within a few minutes. He organised a new one to be sent out, and it was delivered the next day. Would say that was fantastic customer service, Frazer is a great asset to your company. Thanks.

We purchased a data only Sim for our Motorhome prior to going on holiday to Europe. As clueless pensioners we were given a lot of help from Frazer. He was very kind and patient and talked us through the installation process on our Router. Frazer is very knowledgeable and an asset to the company and we would not hesitate recommending IQ mobile. Don't think twice they are brilliant
The best customer service when setting up and so quick and easy. Since using the eSim at no point have I been frustrated by slow internet and I'm sat here on a remote Scottish Island and I am the only one of our party with good reception. Would recommend all day long
