We had a great experience with Hello Island from start to finish. Our trip was completely hassle-free as everything was planned perfectly. The hotel was fantastic, right on the beach, with excellent hospitality.
A real highlight was the travel booklet — it included all our flight tickets, transfer details, and even ferry transfers. What made it even better was all the extra information inside, such as the best restaurants, bars, beaches, and day trips, including prices, which made exploring so easy and stress-free.

The digital travel document that we got sent before our trip was just Amazing- the timelines, recommendations and additional information was extremely helpful and became our go to manual for the entire trip - from where to eat, what trip to do, where to go for a massage etc. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better trip! Our Thailand honeymoon was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfectly arranged for us, and we did not experience a single issue with the trip or itinerary. The booklet that was sent to us beforehand was extremely helpful and made traveling so easy and stress-free. Thailand is truly one of the most beautiful and friendliest countries we have ever visited. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon experience and would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

My daughter and I wanted some special mother-daughter time, so we decided on a trip to Thailand. We booked everything through Hello Island, and from the very first contact, the experience was outstanding.

Remmert handled our booking and was an absolute pleasure to deal with – friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and always ready with helpful advice. He listened carefully to what we wanted and tailored the itinerary perfectly. We visited Phuket for beach relaxation, Bangkok for culture and city vibes, and on the way home we arranged a long layover in Singapore, where we even enjoyed a complimentary city tour.

Every detail was spot on. All arrangements ran smoothly – flights, transfers, hotels, and the Singapore stopover were clear, accurate, and hassle-free. Nothing was left to chance, and we felt completely looked after from start to finish.

We fell in love with this beautiful country!! Its truly a tropical paradise. Amazing food, beautiful beaches, beautiful country side and lekker beer :) We enjoyed staying in Kata, for families its not that busy. Phi-Phi Island is paradise, the food, the beach bars and island hopping is amazing. In Krabi we hiked the countryside, kayak in the forest and to different beaches, between the limestone mountains ... absolutely amazing. Thank you to Hello Island for all the tips and for the friendly service. We highly recommend Remmert and his team from Hello Island to plan you holiday to Thailand!!

Definitely would reccomend using Hello Island for your trip to Thialand. This was my first time going out of the country and my first solo trip and everything worked out perfectly. All the bookings and shuttle services were on time and easy to navigate thanks to the comprehensive booklet I recieved before the trip.Every hotel chosen was beautiful and welcoming as well as close to the places I wanted to explore or had taxi and tour services to take me to these places.Overall had a wonderful experience with Hello Island and in Thailand , Thank you :)

As always frequent traveller this was my 1st group experience. Everything went smoothly.

The organisation was awesome. We had no glitches as everything from flights to hotels was seamless. Every aspect was timeously arranged with no delays on checking in at hotels The hotels were booked in were top notch ,clean and perfectly located thus making the holiday feel like home away from home.
