I am very honest when saying that our trip to Thailand was great, from start to end. Remmert did excellent with the bookings of the hotels and our transport. Always on time with no hassles. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Hello Islands for traveling to Thailand anytime!!

This was my 3rd time to visit Thailand. The first time to use Hello Island as our agent and found out that I missed such a lot with the first two trips. Remmert thank you my friend you did a fantastic job not only did you arrange all the pick up and drop offs you even helped me in Bangkok to check in our fights back to cape Town. I am 66 years old and technology is not my strong point but you understood and was there all the way with us. The accomodation was excellent and your itinerary helped us to do thins we never did on our first to trips. I will always recommend Hello Island to all who are thinking of going to Thailand.

The experience we had in Thailand was one that words can not describe. It was our dream holiday. We visited Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi and Bangkok. The time spent at each location was just enough to take in and enjoy the scenery, culture and nature.

Hello Island organised EVERYTHING. Flight tickets, transport from the airport to the hotel and back, advice and brochures on the different locations and key points to visit. The hotels that Hello Island booked were beautiful, clean and very well organised.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and have already recommended Hello Island to a few people. The trip was very well organized and everything went smoothly with the flights, transfers and accommodation. The digital travel booklet was extremely helpful. We followed the recommendations for vaccinations, banking, ATM's, sunscreen, clothing, etc. The travel itinerary and recommendations were excellent! It was our first trip to Thailand and we made use of quite a few recommendations with great delight - from excursions to restaurants, markets and sightseeing. We booked with Hello Islands for the first time in 2025. After humouring me with many different quote requests we finally decided on our Itinerary. Hello Islands is really flexible and allowed us to alter their standard package with extra nights in certain places. The hotels selected especially in Bangkok and Koh Samui were excellent. All pick-ups and transfers were on time and made our trip stress free. I would recommend Hello Islands to anyone wishing to book a trip to Thailand.

Hello Island is the most professional and helpful company that I have ever dealt with. I received a response within a very short time after my enquiry for a trip to Thailand. Everything was done so quick. Flight, accomodation, transfers between locations etc. were arranged and made life so much easier. We enjoyed our holiday without any worries. We had an amazing trip, one for the books! lt was the first time for us staying in Kata and it has become our new favourite place. Kata is a lovely, family friendly place to stay. We stayed at Kata Sea Breeze Resort which was a lovely resort with everything you need and more. 7/11 is right next door for anything else you may need. The booking process was so easy and Remmert was very helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the helpful tips along the way were a great help! l would definitely recommend Hello Island and will most certainly use them to book again.

Our experience of Thailand was absolutely phenomenal. The places that Hello Island booked for us to stay at were all amazing, and so much more luxurious and beautiful than we expected! Their activity and restaurant recommendations that they give you in your digital travel guide were fabulous. We spent 3.5 weeks traveling around Thailand which meant many taxis, shuttles and ferries and yet all of the traveling went so smoothly thanks to Hello Island.
