As an immigrant family from Asia, I have to admit that I was not impressed by my experience with Property Agents (mostly large franchises) in UK comparatively during our first few yrs here. Letio changed my perception for the better with their team’s professionalism, pragmatism and responsiveness from viewing to closing to maintenance support. Kudos to Mark, Lea & team. Highly recommended.

I have recently used Letio to let my apartment. From my first meeting I was impressed with their engagement, straightforward approach and advice.

1. Responsiveness. They were very quick to action my request.

2. Personal touch. They provided me with good guidance on the steps I needed to take.

3. Time to let. My apartment was successfully let in a short period of time (days).

Overall I would recommend Letio for their efficiency, care and transparency.

Great experience with Letio who’ve made the process of being a first time landlord as stress free as poss - happily answering all my questions and queries. Am renting out my home while abroad for at least a year and have been really impressed how easy it’s been to communicate with the team, even with an 11hr time difference.

I highly recommend Letio. They have helped us with all problems we had in our flat, water leaking, broken window glass…

Super impressed with Letio. Lack of time and a previous nightmare OpenRent tenant made me want to try the agency route, but with a more personal touch and without the extortionate fees. Letio fit the bill perfectly. Great marketing and a fantastic vetting process meant they found the perfect tenants in just two and half weeks. The Letio team made the whole process incredibly easy, can't thank them enough.

Came across Letio while trying to work out how to let my property and only ever having poor experiences with high street agents. I found them to be refreshingly honest and up front and knowledgable. In the end we decided to go different route (ie not using an agent at all) but they really helped us to understand the market and have advice even though we didn't use them. If we went with any agent, it would be them.

Thanks so much for bringing a bit of humanity and honest back into this market!

I hadn’t heard of Letio until I saw one of their cars parked nearby but having had many years of paying traditional agents for little effort I decided to give Letio a go. The fees were very reasonable and some of the things you have to pay additional agents extra for were included. I was a little sceptical but Mark & Lea were great, answered any questions quickly (outside of office hours when needed) and kept me informed of progress when they found a new tenant, which happened very quickly. They’ve also been flexible in taking the fee in monthly instalments rather than all up front.
Overall it felt they are genuinely trying to make the letting experience more positive for landlords. My tenant also mentioned a very positive experience with Letio.

It was so good to deal with people who were actually interested in letting because this is their business - as opposed to the high-street estate agents I've dealt with for decades. Such a huge relief. I now feel I'm in reliable hands.

Mark and their team were very helpful in reviewing our flat, appraising, and marketing. Letio management fees are competitive. Mark kept us informed about letting and follow up. I would recommend Letio who looking forward to letting their property.

I have had great experience with Letio from renting to their support while the rental agreement was on. They have really hands on approach and reply back really fast. They even have 24/7 emergency lines setup which saved me a lot of trouble during the christmas period. All in all a great experience

We had a super experience letting our flat with Letio. Mark and Lea were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and relaxed.
