Makro poor service on warranty
This is an unfortunate experience I have with Makro Springfield on attempting to have a fridge, 2 months old , repaired under warranty. Reported on 13 January 2025. Purchased in November 2024 . Has extended warranty. It's not functional .
They give every excuses on not attending to fault by blaming Defy . I purchased from Makro. Their stated turnaround time is 72hrs. Now when fault with large item , a week to wait and not resolved , despite speaking to Manager Stacey , who belittled me for not contacting the branch directly. The number to call on till slip is a number for Makro head office . The excuse is that it does not reflect on Spingfield system .
As a customer, I bought a fridge for my mother . I assured her it would be sorted, as it is under warranty. A week later ,... apparently the Defy ppl only attend on certain days .
The customer Service and Standard , still not delivered , is definitely substandard .

I have subscribed to Vuma on the 13th of December 2023 to be installed at my place of residence up until today no communication is being made with me. The agent name who was assisting me is Netshedzo I'm the one who has to constantly do follow up on her, but she's not worried that I paid. Everything she's coming with stories, and different requirements from Vuma. I have never experienced such bad service in a very long time, but this is disgusting

Uber eats is a scam, I ordered food on the 1st of January around 4pm, I then wrote in the notes which address to use because the one on my app is my work address and the driver responded “ok” then I received a call from Uber eats saying the driver is trying to reach me but when I went outside there was no one , I then called the driver whom told me he was at Sasol garage, I went to Sasol garage and he was not there and I called him again and this time he was not taking my calls , I then called KFC telling them the situation and they said I should report this to Uber eats as there was nothing they could do cause these people eat our food. I then tried reaching the driver again whom answered and said he is at 371 which is my work place and I went there but he wasn’t there, I asked security if they had seen any delivery and if they left anything and they said they saw a delivery bike but it left without leaving anything, I then called the driver with no avail and called KFC again and was told the driver said he took a picture of my order and left it with Security! Please note my order was never left with Security and even the picture that the driver took it looks like the food is still in the delivery tank it does not show anything that indicates that the food was left with anyone and now Uber eats does not want to refund me, they say the driver cancelled my order and I am not going to get a refund!! I want my money from Uber eats cause I never received the food and the driver lied about leaving the food with Security!

So we get reviewed by someone we don't even know we get an email saying someone left a 1 star review and cant read everything that's been said ,When then login to Hellopeter to defend ourselves we get a message saying we cannot access our account unless we pay ??? we did not ask to have any reviews posted about our company ,we did not ask for hellopeter and now they trying to force people to pay for false reviews. This Has happens to many businesses being scammed into paying for nothing.

Trying to get hold of Momentum is a total nightmare, you cannot find details to go to a walk-in-center like any other Insurance company, the consultants do not check emails properly and is asking for info that was submitted a few times already, when phoning the call center it is busy (understanding) however it ask if you prefer a call back and when leaving your details nobody is coming back to you, when phoning and managing to speak to a consultant the call got cut or dropped (18 Nov - phoned 8 times) 0860 657 585, consultant not phoning back, eventually we ran out of airtime and gave up, is this really what you call customer service? If this is service then I don't want to know what bad service is like!!! A few consultant that touched the case, Xolani Makhatini, Sherri Jacobs, Anele Tofile, can't even remember call center consultant name, please check as call are recorder (I hope), 1st request was submitted 22 Oct and when speaking to another consultant on 22 Nov said email was not received, then quickly said it was received on 4 Nov, still asking for same info ..... No sauce, dry, tasteless, chewy, this is the pizza I lent my hard earned money buying at Umphakathi mall Debonaires, I always buy in Greenhills as they have the most juiciest pizza ever, but because I stay in Toekies I thought let me support what’s close to me. Famished as I was, I even lost my appetite! Debonaires umphakathi mall staff definitely need more training on how to make the BEST pizza like Greenhills Debonaires!

NCC Randburg has the best facilities and facilitators/owners(Pranil and Roma).
They treat you with the utmost respect and dignity. Being one of their students I can certainly say that they only want the best for you to achieve your goals and not only that, they treat you as family. There’s no judgement and are very patient while they teach you from basic computer skills to advance skills. I would definitely recommend NCC Randburg.

Not happy with the ambulance call center of ekurhuleni i stay in putfontein under Daveyton so we use phillip moyo or far east hospital
My sister was pregnant an was experiencing pains, i couldnt find a transport in our area as we stay in an informal settlement i then called an ambulance they gave me a reference number 100309 the lady said her name is mathapelo and promised to come. We waited from 1am... I called to check how far they were they said its still on the way we waited till 4 when i called again they said tbry will call me when they send it when i asked who was i speaking to she hanged up. i then went on the main road to try n get some help from random cars my consent is they should have told us they wont come they no longer give service to pregnant people. It should be official thst ambulances are not used for pregnant people that we use public transport even if problems occur the drivers wont get in trouble.
As we got to the hospital the bby was already tired the heart rate was low

Struggling with Telkom
Good day,
I am so disappointed in Telkom Business. Telkom Agents from Cape Town phoned me in February 2024 to inform me Telkom will be doing away with ADSL services and I need to migrate to fiber. I told the lady I had the same call a year ago, Telkom immediately started charging me for a new service and I struggled 7 months to get the service cancelled that was not available in my area.
She promised me this will not happen again and that fiber is now available.
Needless to say, I was immediately billed for the new service again. The new router and sim card arrived February 2024 and could not be installed because once again, the service is not available in the area my office building is located.
I am struggling since April 2024 to date to get this new service cancelled from my monthly account as I am just a small business with a limited budget for telecommunication.
I sent emails on the 11/03/2024, 25/03/2024, 11/06/2024, 30/07/2024, 06/09/20214 and made many many calls of which extend 35+ minutes at a time.
This morning after a call of 58 minutes I had enough.
On Monday 14 October my landline number that was migrated to a sim card and new wireless handset is down. I phone Telkom business, they say they cannot help, this is now a mobile number and I need to phone Telkom mobile on 081182/3. This morning I phoned Telkom mobile. They are unable to assist they say as this is business line.
What am I supposed to do? I am 640+ km away from the nearest Telkom outlet.
The fiber service I'm trying to cancel from April 2024 is also still active.
I truly don't know what to do.

Plumbers at their worst
UNSCRUPULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS.
Used a Plumber called THE PLUMBERS (0748653522). They overcharged (worked for under an hour and charged for two hours. the rate was 850 per hour-seems rather steep anyway). They were not transparent about what they actually charge for-they purchased a kitchen tap mixer that couldnt fit in my basin and that was my fault-instead of their poor plumbing judgement. They said it was because i gave them such a small budget for purchase. Blame blame blame, overcharge and not transperent of the charge for purchasing the mixer. Highly unprofessional and cheats.
