I produced my own design and was hoping it will come out on print ok. They were very quick in informing me that the design was at the correct specifications after I had uploaded it. The banner arrived quickly and I am very pleased with it.

Disappointed In Inconsistent Quality
I placed one order of custom coloring books and it turned out GREAT! So great I decided to place a second order of the same exact product - just a few days later. I was extremely disappointed when the second order arrived and the quality of the books was SIGNIFICANTLY different. The trimming was completely uneven leaving pages sticking out the bottom at different lengths, the binding was completely different. The quality was so bad, I would be embarrassed to give them to anyone. The lack of consistency makes it hard to trust this company moving forward.

Poor delivery service
Decent products and prices but unfortunately use DPD as couriers, who messed up and severely delayed delivery multiple times. Had paid extra for premium delivery service, but Hello Print cannot contact DPD, so any delivery guarantees are not actually within their control or worth paper they're written on (or additional money paid). Shame cos they're good otherwise but wouldn't use again for this reason
