I am a loyal user of Hello Print, I love their customer service, their choice of products and fast turnaround. My only bug bare is their packaging, I've had 3+ jobs that have arrived damaged and they've offered either a reprint or discount. These things could have easily been avoided if the goods had had a little more care at the packing stage. I've flagged this with them each time. I thought i'd try Trustpilot too. They are losing 'brownie points' as well as money.

Supplier Onboarding Process not good for businesses
The lead time was great, and great website to use.
However am still waiting on them to fill out a Supplier Onboarding form before I can process the invoice. Quite slow in response via email.

Decent but...
Very fast, fair pricing, and super helpful support team. But I don't think I would use them again due to quality control. Cards didn't fold perfectly, and 3 were unusable because the crease wasn't there. Multiple books had printer markings on them too. Maybe that would be anywhere, but I will be trying somewhere else to compare.
