They kept me in their for 9 hours to try and charge me their maximum. They have the cheek to say they do it for the animals when they are charging an arm and a leg.
Smile in your face but dont actually tell you everything you need to know nor do they really allow you time to question it and ask questions based on what they say. I did not like my experience their and smiling is not enough for the Truth.

Staff were so kind and friendly.
My dog was made very welcome.
I felt so well listened to.
The vet was caring, helpful, patient and , professional.
My dog loved it here.

I recently decided to try this veterinary clinic after feeling that my previous vet was not giving my cats the time, attention, or care they deserved. From the moment I arrived today, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The clinic itself is spotless, well-organised, and has a warm, cosy atmosphere that immediately puts both pets and owners at ease.

What stood out most was the quality of communication. The team explained every detail clearly, patiently, and professionally, ensuring I understood my cats’ needs and the recommended care. It was refreshing to see a vet who prioritises transparency, compassion, and thoroughness over unnecessary charges.

Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I feel confident knowing my cats are finally in the right hands

Consistently good service, from both veterinary staff & reception staff. The Whatsapp channel is great for easy reordering of basic meds/treatment. Reasonable pricing. Thoroughly recommended.

I was recommended this practice in Triangle Road by a friend who has been bringing his cat here for years and I've used them twice in the past month and it really is excellent. The staff are all friendly, polite and professional and the vets highly experienced. They clearly love animals and want the best for them. Their prices both times were very reasonable. I can recommend them for sure and will only use them from now for our 3 cats.
