I can't recommend PDSA enough. My experience with them were amazing. My dog became poorly and passed away 7 weeks later. We put in a claim after initial tests then secondary claim once he had gone. They dealt directly with the vet on both occasions and took all the stress away from what was a horrendous time. Minimal forms to complete. The payments to my bank were very fast. Thank you PDSA.

Just purchased dog insurance and to be fair from what i had with my previous dog this insurance seems very fair and reasonable and really happy I am supporting a very worthy cause too. Never been so happy to set up a direct debit in my life :)

Made my first claim this year kept me up to date on my claim process and paid out very quickly took a lot of the stress off me by paying my. Vet directly highly recommend this insurance

I joined PDSA as my new pet insurance company because I found them to be very good in all that they advertised and they look like a good insurance company to be with. Hopefully I won't need their services but I feel that I am covered better and for a more reasonable price should I need to use their services with regards to my pet's health.

It was really easy to switch policies to PDSA. The insurance policy offered has great cover for a reasonable price. The only negative I have is that dogs that aren't microchiped aren't covered if they're lost. Everything else is perfect.

I got the cover I needed, easily, with no fuss, extra help available free advice and a true feeling of caring, which as a pet owner is valuable

So easy pay your access and that's it the rest is done for you, absolutely brilliant for me as I've got a memory problem, thank you

Beware of the term 'lifetime insurance' with PDSA pet Insurance. Our dog started limping, the vet prescribed pain relief as she was unable to find a cause for the dog's discomfort. We were told to return if things did not improve and did so three days later when the dog's paw had become swollen. This was successfully treated with antibiotics. As the two vet visits happened to be either side of the policy renewal date we had to pay the excess on both of the vet's bills as the claims were classed as Year 2 and 3 so treated separately I have been informed.
In reply to the PDSA Pet Insurance standard response, I have already discussed my disappointment with their Complaints Department without a positive outcome.

Very easy to sort out Pet Insurance for Jake, my dog.
Previously used some very expensive insurance which kept increasing year by year.

The claim was processed by our veterinary practice and was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by PDSA who acknowledged receipt of our claim straight away.
We received notification from PDSA within days of the claim being made that it had been agreed and paid.

Very straightforward, to filling in the form.

Easy to apply for online. Good price for the required cover. Clear website. Not needed to make a claim so can't comment on that process. Hopefully I don't need to.

Found it really easy to take out and very good price

Decided to take out a dog pet insurance policy and received the welcome pack. However, I found even showing a small concern and not an illness, relating to my dog can affect any future claims.
I cancelled, after a telephone conversation with the company. Sorry, but I was not impressed.
