Terrible, honestly the worst. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and ive spent my entire day stressed on the phone listening to terrible and I mean terrible hold music! Transferred between 3 different people with a wait time of about an hour between each one. Not one of them helped me. All I wanted to do was log into my account because their website is poor and doesn’t let you change your password Theres something wrong with it. My dog is now dangerously uncovered because of their lack of communication and customer service skills and placed a huge strain on my well-being and I will take my money elsewhere tbey also hung up on me after 3 hours of waiting and being transferred Ive screen shorted all my call logs! How RUDE are you. Money else where.

First claim on policy, vets told us about portal. I filled in form which was straightforward and money paid within a week. Would recommend their service.

The claim form and some of the communication was a little confusing (I was claiming for a third party behaviourist which wasn't an option on the form), but when I spoke directly to an agent, they were really clear and helpful and everything went through quickly and efficiently. Really happy with the service.

I found the whole process of obtaining cat insurance, with PDSA, very easy and altogether straightforward.

I will never go else where for pet insurance and as soon as my other dogs policy is up she will be moved to these guys. I wasnt very hopeful for them paying out as it was a complex situation but they did. So when they say they will never refuse a claim without reason its true as they could have refused mine but they didnt they helped me get it sorted out. Their customer service is great, on the phone they couldnt have been more helpful. I really did appreciate the help. The 247 pet advice line is very handy. I used these before seeking a vet and they gave great advice.

Out of the blue my healthy pet suddenly had problems with its hind quarters
Vets4pets gave treatment xrays and medicines,plus said my pet needed further hydrotherapy for about 6 month
My pet had hip displacia. The pdsa did not hesitate to pay the £1500 or for further ongoing hydrotherapy treatment.

Therefore I consider them to be very trustworthy,and meet obligations .

Very easy to set up insurance for my 3 cats. It is an affordable price for each cat which means they’ll be protected and I can save money.

I've been insured with them for 10 years without a single claim my dog needed a brain scan £4,500 pounds I phoned to make sure I was covered they said yes only just,I was insured for life for the maximum of £15,000 pound but unknown to me the insured amount reduced by a thousand pound a year I didn't go ahead with the scan as it would have left me with nothing fot the rest of his life. The yearly renewal came around they trebled my premiums still having not made a claim.then he had more fits so the vets were making a claim on my behalf and they wouldn't pay saying I wasn't insured with them.so I contacted them and they dont insure dog's over ten year's old I told them I was insured for life they said things had changed because a different company had taken over new underwriters I was never informed of any of this untill the vet tried to make a claim for me.I complained and they said i had to start a new policy and gave me a number to ring, after trying for three solid day's to get through they just said we don't insure dog's over ten and put the phone down, that was in April 2021 and I'm in so much debt and it's still getting worse costing me a fortune luckily the vet's have been brilliant with me but its still so wrong

The claim form was very easy to complete online and the response was immediate. Within 2 days I received confirmation that the claim had been approved and the money was being sent to my account.
