I had a frustrating experience with this service. The pricing feels misleading for what you actually receive. I placed an order expecting one type of treatment, but ended up receiving a completely different prescription with a much smaller quantity—without that being clearly explained upfront.
What’s more concerning is that it took five separate emails just to get a clear explanation of the difference. By that point, the order had already been completed, and I was told no refund or adjustment was possible.
Overall, the process lacks transparency, and the communication was inefficient. For the price they charge, I expected much clearer information before purchase and better customer support afterward.

The site is easy to navigate and doctor got to my prescription within the hour if not sooner.

I stumbled across this website through people on Reddit I’ve been having issues with BV and I also wanted my husband to be treated but it’s not easy for men to get treated they ignore it 99% of the time. We were skeptical at first but it was super easy and super convenient. Our orders were placed and within 10 minutes it was approved, I got a message also from the provider so I know if I had any questions I was able ask and it sent to pharmacy immediately after being approved. If you a busy person or shy or even don’t have insurance this is definitely the most convenient way for you.

The process was super easy and convenient, especially since I travel and it’s not always easy for me to get in to see a doctor. I also liked how quickly I was able to get a prescription.

That said, I was a bit frustrated that some of my questions weren’t really addressed. I mentioned that this has been a recurring issue and asked about a more comprehensive treatment approach, but that part seemed to get overlooked. The questionnaire also listed options that I later found out weren’t actually available, which was a little confusing.

Overall, it’s great for quick and simple situations, but I think there could be better communication when someone is dealing with something ongoing and needs a more tailored approach.

I was prescribed a medication and explained what I was looking for medically. The pharmacy flagged the prescription and insists the use and dose are conflicting and advised me to reach out to the prescriber. I did and was brushed off. So I didn’t end up picking up the medication and I’m out the cost of the visit.

Quick and swift service

I was looking for Ella, the emergency contraceptive. First advertisement was from Wisp offering same day pick up. Which was very important for me to get it same day. I signed up, and hey offered a discount to get more than one so I decided I’ll get two and have one for a possible future emergency since it was a sale for more than one. I wait all afternoon to hear back that I’m approved, I never hear back that day. Next day I hear back and a prescription has been ordered. Turned out no pharmacy in my area even had the medication and it had to be ordered in to be delivered THE NEXT DAY. So now I’m at 3 days trying to get this medication that was advertised as same day access. I could have gone somewhere else for this. So now I reach out complaining about the falsely advertised help. I’m told since I have already been “seen” they can not refund me. I decided to go pick up the prescription even though it is now too late for me to take it based on my cycle and I find out it’s 91$ for the two. The fee I already paid was for the prescription itself to be placed. They charge you more per item even though they are not actually selling you the item. I’ve never had a doctor charge me 6 visits if he wrote me a 6 month prescription. It’s a load of crap. Don’t trust this shady company. Also they say they have the good rx discount for you, it saved me two dollars. The pharmacist looked at me and said that only takes off 2 dollars and we both thought well that’s dumb. Do not waste your time, go to a real doctor and don’t trust they can help you quickly.
