This service is amazing. To be honest the doctors near me are judgmental as I am a Hispanic woman in a really conservative town. It's hard for people to take me seriously it seems. With Wisp there is no judgement and I get results fast. The service is amazing and I will continue to order from them.

I had a frustrating experience using Wisp for a UTI. While the platform is convenient, the actual care left a lot to be desired. I felt like my concerns weren’t really listened to—I specifically requested a certain medication based on what has worked for me in the past, and instead was prescribed something I already knew wouldn’t be effective for my body.

It ended up feeling very impersonal, almost like my input didn’t matter. When you’re dealing with something uncomfortable like a UTI, that lack of consideration is really disappointing. For the price, I expected a more thoughtful and individualized approach.

Honestly, this felt no different than medical gaslighting—being told what should work instead of being heard. At that point, you might as well just go to urgent care where you can actually speak to a provider who may listen and adjust treatment based on your experience.

Overall, convenient but not worth it if you’re looking for personalized care.

I’ve had cold sores my whole life and never knew there was medication that sped up the process. This was so fast and easy! And on a weekend even?! And for the first time my cold sore didn’t get out of hand/unmanageable. It didn’t even look like I had one!! Deff coming here again the next time I have one! And so much cheaper than a visit to the minute clinic or my doctor. Highly recommend.

Great service, fast, and inexpensive!

Every time it was time to renew my prescription there was an issue. Nothing ever went smoothly. This month I just missed a dose of my medication due to their negligence. My prescription was put on hold due to updated paperwork needed when I filled out the paperwork the week prior when they sent. But they were sure to charge my card. If you want to be treated like a customer of Walmart instead of like someone seeking treatment from a medical provider then this is the perfect service for you. They all also gave no idea what you are taking a prescription for when talking to them.

It was fast even though it seemed like I was gonna need to wait for the doctors phone call. He got with me within 24hrs!

Had a yeast infection. No time to get into my doc. Got through the questions and review in less than an hour. I would have had my medicine sooner but my pharmacy is slow.

0 stars are not available. I ordered a UTI script at 11pm Friday and the $ was charged. 1049am. A text was sent it was sent to my. Pharmacy. I called and tried until 5pm IN PAIN and Walmart Pharmacy still had NOT gotten anything. Wisp has yet to refund my card and I went to GOODRXCARE and within 30 minutes approved and had the script in my hand.

I’ve used Wisp three times now and I cannot believe how easy they make it to get urgent care! Even for things like migraines that I’ve dealt with since I was 6 years old (now 46) - to be able to get a relatively inexpensive migraine refill where I would pay $1600 out of pocket and Wisp was able to secure it for me for free. I also obtained Diflucan almost immediately for a yeast infection. Pretty amazing! I am a believer in this kind of telemedicine! I’ll continue with Wisp for sure.

Wisp is honestly a life saver for me as a busy mom of young kids. The process is incredibly easy to get my birth control pills prescription and they are very thorough. I had been taking a BC that was really dangerous for me because of my migraine disorder, and they spotted that right away when I completed my intake and helped me to find a safe solution.

They are also very prompt to reply to my messages, even on evenings and weekends. It is such a relief to know I can quickly resolve issues without having to wait days (or even weeks) to get into a clinic somewhere.

The number one reason I will remain a client though is due to the ease of access. I recently went on vacation to Hawaii and accidentally forgot my BC. I was able to contact wisp and they promptly got me a prescription sent to a local pharmacy that same day. Even with the drastically different time zone I was able to communicate quickly with the providers to resolve my problem!
