I requested a payout, but I didn't receive it. They say it was credited to the player's account. But it didn't happen, it's not listed anywhere. I don't recommend it, it's not fair.

Thank you, Jens-Peter Oscar Poulsen, for sharing your feedback and for your high rating!
We understand that gaming results can sometimes be frustrating, especially during less fortunate streaks. While luck can make it feel like things are not going your way, all games on our platform operate using certified random systems provided by licensed game providers to ensure fairness.
We appreciate your honesty and sense of humor, and we're glad that you took the time to leave your review. Thank you for being part of the HellSpin community, and we hope to continue providing you with an enjoyable gaming experience!
Withdrawal canceled
This site would not allow me to withdrawal my winnings because "randomly" they needed banking info to provide proof my payment method is from my own card, I sent multiple images of my cards, Identification card, bills for my home, GPay info, transaction proof info and still they wanted more info. I called my bank and requested the exact type of info this site wanted, my bank said they don't provide such extensive info on 1 piece of paper for one transaction. This type of behaviour was shady. I spent thousands over a year in this site. And I've withdrawn atleast 30 times. I was left feeling ripped off and scammed.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Daniel. We understand your frustration regarding the verification requests during the withdrawal process.
For security and compliance reasons, we may require additional documentation to verify the ownership of a payment method, particularly when a new payment method is used. These checks are intended to protect both the player and the platform, and the required documents can vary depending on the payment method and transaction.
As this concerns a specific account, we cannot discuss the details of the verification process or account activity publicly. We encourage you to contact our support team if you would like the case to be reviewed further.
UPDATE
UPDATE: Withdrawal Approved and Paid
I wanted to post an update to my earlier review.
After a longer than expected verification process and some questionable document declines, my account was ultimately fully verified and my withdrawal request was approved.
At times the process was frustrating, and there were several document rejections that required me to resubmit information in different formats or higher quality.
However, I believe it is only fair to update my review now that the process has been completed.
In the end:
My account was successfully verified.
My withdrawal request was approved.
My funds were paid.
While I still feel the verification process could be made simpler and more efficient for players, the casino ultimately completed the verification and payment process successfully.
I appreciate that the matter was resolved and my hat is off to them for getting it done in reasonable time and I have increased my rating of them to 4 stars to reflect this. As a result I will continue to play here and hopefully build on my winnings but as a daily player I am under no delusions and am confident they will receive it back with interest, but I will enjoy it while it lasts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify that the action taken on your account was related to a breach of the bonus maximum bet rule while an active promotion was in use.
As outlined in our Bonus Terms & Conditions, exceeding the permitted betting limit during bonus play may result in winnings connected to the promotion being voided. These rules are applied consistently to all players in order to maintain fair promotional conditions.
We also note that your account remained active afterward and that withdrawals were successfully processed on your account following the review.
We strongly reject the claim that funds were “stolen,” as the matter was handled according to the applicable promotional rules and procedures.
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion.
Worth it!
Regular bonus/promo opportunities, fairly quick withdrawals. I'm relatively new to casino apps, but this is the best one I've found thus far.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel the matter was not resolved.
After reviewing your account status, we are currently unable to identify any active unresolved issues or pending withdrawal restrictions on your account. We can also confirm that withdrawals have been processed successfully on your account following the matter referenced in your review.
Please note that, on occasion, temporary payment processing issues may occur due to external payment-provider or banking factors, which can affect individual withdrawal attempts. However, such situations do not necessarily indicate a permanent issue with the account or withdrawal system.
If you believe there is still an unresolved matter requiring attention, our support team remains available to assist you further.
