Absolute scam made an account deposited and went to play a game soon as I tried logged me out and said account locked absolutely scam my account is in my name the deposit was done with my own bank details in my own name absolutely no reason to close my account I want my money back don’t even get me started on trying to contact them impossible

Deposited £20 at 1am on 6th July, it's now 9:50pm and it still isn't showing in my account! No transaction on the account either but they took the money from the bank no problem!

Opened account, deposited money, then they locked my account. No information on how to contact them and no with to withdraw my money. This is theft.

Betway have not paid me on a bet I placed on the grand national! It is impossible to contact them

They don't settle won bets
I won 306EUR on 19.06 and today is 27.07 these bets are still pending !!! Over month of waiting for settlement!
This is a worst bookmaker ever!

Don’t touch with a barge pole as everyone has confirmed you can’t get in touch with live chat takes over 4 hours their email isn’t working and they keep your winnings and make you wait for weeks
Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!
Scammers do not touch this company you’ll only feel stressed . They reply to complaints on here saying email them but their emails bounce back

Still havnt been paid by Betway since 19th jan. i tried withdrawing my winnings as normal but all of a sudden they cannt do it the normal way. I added another card as they requested but that wasnt enough.Now they are asking me to do Swift payment, which i cannt do.They will still take deposits from my cards way cannt they return money . This site is a scam. I cannot get my money back after they closed my betway account for no reason.
I would strongly recommend that you do not join betway! The last email I received from them on 20th August 2023 they stated that they would pay back the money in my betway account, but I have recieved nothing. I'm going to the bank to see if they can get the payment back as I paid by credit card.

They are the biggest cheats on the planet. If they lose dont expect them to give your money to you.

Once i started the withdrawal, they asked me for documents. once i provided them the documents. They locked my account.. But let me tell you what I already have the screenshots for my withdrawal request

Fraud company please do not believe in betway they are looters from past 7days I am struggling to get my money back they are bunch of lies please do not use this platform. They are asking same documents which I have sent 10 times still they are lieing we dint get the documents
If I give the reference number then they will tell to wait for 48 hours and after 48 hrs if I contact them once again they will tell we dint receive documents and once again when I give reference number they will tell to waitbfor 48bhrd this is happening from past 5 days today also first they told we dint receive documents once I gave reference number dame old story operation team is reviewing pls wait for 48 hrs.i think I won't get my money back

I have read betways response,it's not worth reading ,it's to make them look like they want to do something about it,but it's all show ,I will write in a year's time another review,it will not be resolved they have no intention of doing nothing its a cold uncaring heartless act and I'm no fool

I'm registered for the bet365 and I'm getting this shet. I'm trying 10 £ but plain spin from free spin I'm get 0.24 pence fake scam carefully with this crap
I can't upload pictures but seriously this is my second time to register for bet365 and again giv this crap. I'm sure new same company different name. I hope the trustpilot making a good idea to uploaded the pictures or videos to make better review.

Betway never paid out a withdrawal. it never came to myself and they show it as paying me. I have been trying to talk to someone and get some help and no one will help. I get false promises when I do chat with someone and still have never received my money since August 14, 2022. They need to be reported. Only $100 but still.

its been more than a month now i have been waiting for my withdrawal since sep 05 . i got one email saying that they are unable to deposit the amount in my bank account so after waiting for about 2 hours for customer support they asked me to share my account details in pdf format and also my id proof which i gave long back via email. after a week when i asked the support again after waiting 2 hours i was told they have received my bank details and money will be deposited soon . but now on october 7 i am getting an email saying that they could not deposit the amount , after everything they are back with same drama as before . isnt this a mental torture or causing harrassment deliberately ? well yes i am frustrated , this is too much and now i shall sue them legally for all the damages caused , in my last review around 63 people came with same concerns on my number 9 11328090 7 . if there are more people going through this kind of harrassment please let me know so that we can take some punitive measures together !

I provided with documents and still there is no proper response from them saying name mismatch and i clearly mentioned that i only entered my first and last name in account as i am having a long name in the id i provided and intold them to check throughly but still no response

After days and days of getting in touch with the and after that they said they would credited the money..now they have blocked my account what a scammer you'll can be ..iam still saying don't use this app if you win big they block your account

Dear fellow Indians, please don't deposit money with betway. Betway is only receiving money but is not issuing any payment to any one. If any doubt, then please deposit minimum possible amount, Play and withdraw. You will never get the money. It has been more than 10 days and my withdrawal request is not being honoured. When I did some research, I came across lot more people who are being cheated by betway. Betway is FRAUD

I had made deposit of Rs 23000 on 07-06-2022 more than 40 days finished I have sent all the documents in mail till now amount is not credited to my Betway account nor reversed to my bank account.
After raising issue in trustpolit they sent below mentioned mail

Wat is this fraud site ha there is limit for everything who is responsible for this there should be penalties for this fraud
