Awful Customer Support ☹️

Absolute rubbish customer support. I sent an email because my purchased EAFC 24 game had not appeared in my EA App. They took a very long time to email back and when they did, they responded with the answer to a completely wrong question that I was not looking for the answer to. I also joined a chat feature where you can talk to a representative. It said estimated waiting time was 2 minutes, after 45 minutes the time was saying 9 minutes. Useless system and if you have a problem unfortunately you cannot do much about it. Also there is no phone number to phone them up so that is very annoying.

Awkward EA customer service emails

My email got hacked and with it my Steam and Origin account. I got my Steam account back, Steam service was very professional. In the mean time Origin disappeared and I contacted Help.ea.com. The first, but mostly the second email reply is written so cringe. I feel like talking to a scammer. "We appreciate your willingness and curiosity to play the game. I can totally try to relate with you and being a player, I can feel you also. Thanks for the dedication and interest for this amazing game. Your immense love and passion for the game is highly appreciated and admired." I am hesitant to answer this email.

EA Has No User Support

I have had nothing but issues with the EA App and today I finally was no longer able to get in as my email changed and even though I used to be able access it through Playstation this is no longer the case. Everytime I tried to seek help it would just take me back to my account which I can no longer access because that email does not work and I can't access their chat and of course there is no phone help. I gave EA a one star but this is most generous.

Worst customer service ever.

Worst customer service ever.

So, they banned my main account on Apex Legends where I spent around 1300 euros in total and close to 1500 hours so I obviously never used any cheat on any games i'm playing.

I tried to appeal the sanction but all I got is some empty answer many times.

So don't spend any money on their game, the day you will have a problem, they will simply do nothing.

I lost access to my old email address…

I lost access to my old email address so I wanted to change my accounts email, which I couldn't because you need to enter a code that is sent to the accounts email address, once again I had no access to that email so I requested support from an EA advisor, nothing has been said and my cases still remain in progress, abysmal service and now I can't even play the games I had bought on Steam, thank god most of their games are complete and utter garbage.

Impossible to contact support

Impossible to contact support, EA created a maze of impossible random conditions to access a live chat or get an email answered (dont get me started on the case system which is vastly a scam). Hoping people would lose hope and buy their games again I guess. EvilArt at its best.

The worst

By far the worst customer service I've seen. Both email and live chat. I've got helped 0 times, literally 0 times and I have used it a lot because of how much they mess up their garbage games . A lot of times I didn't even get an answer and they would just close my ticket, sending a "rate your experience" email as if they even tried to help me. Tickets also close constantly for no reason and you have to resume them(just for them to close 5 minutes later) I'm not gonna complain about the response time because I understand they can have a lot of tickets, but it's awful, the times I actually got a response I had to wait around a week to get their dumb copied responses. Now for live chat, it's just as bad. Its the same crap as email but with faster responses and it's even more obvious that the people working here have absolutely no idea what they are supposed to do and how bad their internal communication is.
So if you want to get a problem solved and you are going to use this, don't expect to actually get helped and good luck watching them show their 0 knowledge of your game and their contradictions.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service. No way to submit a new case. If your problem doesn't match one of their pre-written scenarios, you're out of luck. Enjoy getting stuck in an endless loop of a robot telling you to check your router. Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. There needs to be some way to contact a human. No resolution because contact was impossible. This is by design it seems

Don't dream about getting help from this Support

I play Apex on steam and my account get hacked, i tried my best to get it back but i don't know what they did to my apex account and get banned then i tell the support what happen but you fell they are just robot answer you always the same messege no help at all worst support ever and they even banned me from chat with them and i write ti them in chat just for once foir this problem

EA FIFA Help: A Disastrous Customer Support Experience Unveiled

I recently had the displeasure of using EA FIFA Help, and I must say, it was a truly abysmal experience. From start to finish, every aspect of their customer support left me frustrated and utterly dissatisfied.

First and foremost, the web page's interface is a disaster. It's clunky, confusing, and feels like a relic from the early 2000s. Navigating through the site to find any form of assistance is an exercise in futility. It's as if they designed it to be deliberately convoluted, making it nearly impossible to locate the help you need.

Speaking of help, attempting to speak with an actual human being is an exercise in futility. The wait times are interminable, leaving you hanging in limbo for what feels like an eternity. It's clear that EA doesn't value their customers' time or prioritize their concerns.

Even if you manage to overcome the daunting wait time and log a ticket, you'll be met with another disappointment. The categories for logging issues are woefully inadequate and often don't align with the problem you're facing. It's frustrating to see that they haven't bothered to organize their support system properly, leaving customers struggling to find an appropriate category for their specific issue.

And let's not forget about their forums, which they shamelessly push customers towards. These forums are nothing more than a black hole where questions go to die. Instead of receiving actual assistance, you're met with vague responses that redirect you back to the EA Help page. It's a vicious cycle that leads nowhere and wastes valuable time.

On the rare occasion when you do manage to log a ticket, brace yourself for an excruciatingly long response time. It takes EA a mind-boggling five days, if not more, to get back to you. And when they do respond, it's nothing more than a generic message from a support representative, claiming to be there to help. However, the actual assistance doesn't arrive until weeks or even a month later, if it comes at all.

To add insult to injury, once you finally receive a response after enduring endless delays, they often close your case without any resolution. It's as if they don't care about actually resolving your issue or ensuring customer satisfaction. They're more interested in closing as many cases as possible, regardless of whether the problem has been resolved or not.

In conclusion, EA FIFA Help is an absolute nightmare of a support service. The web page is a relic from the past, attempting to communicate with a representative is an exercise in futility, and the response times are downright unacceptable. If you're seeking actual assistance for your FIFA-related problems, don't bother with EA FIFA Help. Save yourself the frustration and look for alternatives that actually value their customers.

Scum of the Internet.
Took all my games collected over years and allowed a Russian hacker access to my account.
These rats are still doing this.
Buy from these AH and more or less guaranteed you will loose what ever games you purchased.
Been at this cheat illegal game for years
Simply, it needs a setup comprising sufficient signatures on a forum in order to take these cr---- to court.

i had all my games on origin and was forced to switch to ea app because origin doesent exist anymore.
ALL MY GAMES ARE NOW GONE AND STOLEN!!!!
i tryed reach ea support 100 times but they never helped!!!!!!!!!!!! asked questions and i answered all of them with proof and they just keeps ignore it for months!!!!!

Non existent customer service

Bought a game bundle on Origin and then didn’t play it for a while, when I logged in next I was prompted (forced) to download the new EA app… at which point my games wouldn’t work.

Tried to contact EA help which takes a bit of figuring out how to do in the first place as at first you’re bounced to FAQ pages and was answered several days later by an incoherent email. I was asked to verify my user name and email but I was contacted them whilst logged into my account through their help website?? See below…

“Thank you for contacting EA help. My name is *Redacted*. Nice to see you. I hope you are doing well.
Before we proceed further with the investigation, please help us with the information asked below.

Customer service is some of the worst…

Customer service is some of the worst I've seen out of any company. All I'm trying to do is play Mass Effect Legendary edition, which I bought from Steam and ALREADY PLAYED (90 hrs). Customer support takes 24 hrs (at best) to reply, I'm always passed to the next person like a *$%&ing trading card (having to repeat myself each time), and they ask basic simple questions with little information on each reply, like "have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?", "what's your Steam username?" Or "what does the error message say?", and I already gave all of this basic info.

Its as if they really aren't doing anything on their end (the error message I keep getting says "something went wrong on our end"), and they're just pushing it as far as they can without actually helping. As much as I can help it, I'll never buy another game from EA again (even if its bought on Steam), just so I can avoid this abysmal "customer service".

Customer support experience

P.S: This is a Long Read because it’s the first review I ever wrote.

At this point, it’s crazy how this company treat it customers. It’s really unfair and this is coming from someone whos had enough.

It’s absurd ea won’t listen to their customer review about the games and that’s okay because we still buy anyways.

This is about their customer support team. I had an issues with my ea account and I needed to change the email attached to it, I contact the customer support for help because that what it says on the website. They replied and told me to provide some information which I did, I went ahead to explain to them the reason I couldn’t use my previous email address again even I still had access to it but I just can’t receive emails anymore on it.

I thought it was going to be a swift process but all I have been getting is different customer support agent emailing me every 20 minutes and acting like they don’t understand my problem while still requesting me to provide the same information over again. This has been going on for up to a week now, and it’s really frustrating because it’s feels like I am being toiled with on purpose. For no reason!!

Then I got a email now saying they couldn’t confirm my identity, I am close to losing my sanity. I used the same name on my gaming platform which is also my full name, it’s also the name on the email address I was writing them with, which also bears my IP address( that I also sent to them) so HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT YOU CANT VERIFY ME ? !!!!!!

I’ve been playing EA games since the 2000s, it doesn’t matter if it poor or not we still patronise but I have had enough at this point.

I won’t be buying any product and I hope other who read this will do the same.
