15 different customer service agents, no one listening
I wanted to have my account deleted and forgotten for personal reasons and followed all of their guidelines in crafting my email to EA Help. I had to tell them what I wanted 15 separate times. Every time customer service responded, a different agent was on the email. They kept asking for my email or other information like that and kept acting like I had not replied with all the information before.
I felt like I was being tossed around a huge customer service switchboard. Towards the end, the last 3 agents were assuring me that they would help me to be able to log back into my game. I finally lost it and told them, "You are not listening!" before spelling out again what I wanted. The final agent assured me that they would update me with progress on the situation. We'll see what will happen, but even if they address my concern, the level of work that I had to do to get them to understand what I wanted was ridiculous. (And I'm not even sure that they will do as requested.)
Worst Support Team Ever
If I'm brutally honest, I have never had worst customer experience in my entire life. Its gotten to the point if I have any technical problems I genuinely just deal with it myself. EA's support team is a job I'd genuinely like to have, copy and pasting the same messages to so many different tickets and immediately closing them! So fun!

Since ea forced us from Origins i have had nothing but PROBLEMS my sims3 show time and university will not download. I uninstalled 4x, cleared cashe, checked storage everything is fine. I only uploaded the sims3 and they still did not load uploaded all my sims4 fine...I sent them work orders they told me to do everything i did then the last work order said they would help me on apex coins....I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS...sent it back for them to read my issue and fix....I just want Origin back so i can play my games since EA cant fix anything and wont.... I dont want to give a 1 star i am so mad.
Download not working
Tried contacting them about DLC that I’ve bought that is not showing up in my game. Just kept getting told to wait a few days even though the payment has come out of my bank account and I have order confirmation that it’s gone through. Both their chat line and phone service are unavailable to me so no way of getting a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to open 3 separate cases today to try and get help with an issue I've been having for MONTHS following switching to the EA App from Origin and NOT ONE PERSON could give me any kind of solution other than links to their own forums with solutions from people WHO DON'T EVEN WORK FOR EA and tell me that since the issue I'm experiencing has been reported by multiple people, I'll just have to wait while they 'try to fix it ASAP'. I was told there was no time frame estimated for a fix to my issue, only that it would be 'soon'. They are unhelpful and condescending.

They knew my issue but refused to entertain any action other than for me to wait for FIFA patches to fix the secure boot issue - this issue will NEVER get fixed - they would not entertain refund - I will never buy anything from EA ever again. Certain PCs do not fully support the secure boot issue due to updated drivers to support win 11 - ASUS HERO X MB is one of them. I paid good money for a product that will never work and they knew it!
EA support solved my problem
I was unable to resolve an issue with my EA account. I contacted EA support via twitter. The EA support team quickly resolved my issue. A big thank you to Rob from the EA support team for his help.

I wish I could give -1000 stars to these fashists. Their support is comprised of AI chatbots that don't provide any real help or understanding. You cannot talk to anyone who doesn't have predetermined answers and if they are not right about something, they will just brush you off
EA Madden Support not good
I searched online, found a phone number for EA and called. After going through the menu for support, I was greeted with a "we don't offer support over the phone" and the call was disconnected.
I logged into my EA Account in order to complete their webform to initiate a Support Ticket. I described the issue in detail that I was having with Madden 23 in Franchise Mode not having any Offensive Coordinators to hire. The first response I received back was a link to a Playstation site about game freezes. My support ticket was not about a Game Freeze.
The 2nd email I received said they determined that game data was missing, and that they need one of three pieces of information from me so they can correct the problem. The email address associated with the EA Account (was provided via the Webform), my EA UserID (I had to be logged into my EA Account to submit the ticket, they should have that information already), the third was "Your Origin ID" - I have no clue what that is, but as they only needed 1 of the 3 I assumed we were good.
I replied via email with the requested information, even though it seemed redundant. I then logged into my EA Account and brought up my ticket so I could also furnish the same information to them via their own website.
Today I received another email from a different EA tech again asking for my email address and EA Username.
I used the snipping tool in Windows and did screen captures of the EA Support Ticket Webform that shows my email address, and also a screen capture of the top of my web browser where my EA User ID is displayed on the Ticket Page.
I've sent the screen captures as well as jpgs of the actual message I've receiving on my PS4 when playing Madden 23 Franchise.
So far, 4 days of back and forth emails, asking for information they should already have. Not holding my breath that they will be much help.
Sending an email to someone asking for their email is kind of like dialing a phone number, and asking the person that answers to provide you with their phone number.

I'm not even sure why they exist, if they exist. Bought a game, game didn't work, go to EA for help, prompted with choose product you need help with. Wasn't listed, entered it manually, doesn't exist (while I'm looking right at it on the EA app I'm logged into). Tried to contact EA directly, brought to a community FAQ. That's it, that's the extent of EA's abilities. They can ignore all they want, I don't think they grasp the concept of banks and that we can just fight the charges due to lack of access to...anyone. I've always heard about EA's greed but no one told me how comically incompetent they are.

I have now spent hours of looking for a chat service that is not there. I have sent them proof. Every supporter i send an email to, do not read the case. None of them have understood the problem, even though i have sent 10 emails including pictures of the problem. They simply do not read the mails, which makes it impossible. Its like writing with a robot who only reads 2 words of your email.
Never thought it should be so hard to get simple help. They can fix it in 1 minut, but keeps deciding to write me long emails with no answers just that they are sorry and an answer or solution that makes me wonder if they even read the case as its not usable.
The problem is regarding FIFA 23 Ultimate team.

Asks for my e-mail 4 times in a row, while deliberately misunderstanding my very clearly written issue. Oh, btw, this e-mail is the same as the account the ticket is on. No interest in helping me, instead providing canned "polite" messages. Garbage.

Worst experience ever
The worst experience with their costumers support.
I need an email-change to my profile, and I tried contacting EA's costumers support.
1. They start off by promising to all they can to help
2. Every time someone replies to an email it is a new person (in the span of 2 days i went through 10 workers)
3. They send the same automated emails multiple times a day
4. They don't actually answer your questions, just try to talk around the problem
5. Whenever something don't match and they declare that they can't help me, they tell me I need to start another coversation from the beginning when I recall the correct information
6. When on the phone with them, I wasn't allowed to say a single thing. Every time I tried to explain my problem I was interrupted and the operator said that If I didn't answer his questions he would hang up. I didn't understand his question, and he wouldn't listen to me or try to explain the situation. Eventuelly I gave up trying to explain and he hung up when I was in the middle of a sentence
All in all the worst experience ever. They won't try to help me and communicating with them is like talking to a door.
EA another US corporate that doesn’t care about customers
EA another example of the US approach to customer service, which is simply the customer is unimportant as long as we have their money. The support desk is a token gesture to pretend you can get help, as 72 hour response time…yes 72 hours! The responses show that whoever is responding doesn’t read the customer comments just simply provides a link to old blogs…the one sent to me was 9 years old. LMAO EA is pathetic!
