EA.HELP is EA.HELL: a place that silences customers

A company that continually cheats its customers and never them what they pay for. Something is always wrong with everything they make, so EA.help specifically is a platform that the company sends customers and is designed to silence majority of unsatisfied customers from public eye, while also never fixing customer issues. All games I played by EA have had me go there, and never have they fixed or given me anything I paid for. Total scam, yet a legal GIANT in the USA.

Money grabbing crooks

As per every other review, this company is happy to take your money for whatever broken game they sold you and then won't give you any help/refund when you realise it's broken. They release games that are incomplete and not fit for use. They are crooks. The folk on the online chat are worse than robots, don't even waste your time with them.

EA is the worst company ever, they do not care anything at all about there customers. Their support is ok, but most of the times they don't solve the problem you are having. Worst of all is Origin, which is the worst program ever made.

EA definitely hates the Police

This proves that EA is very against the Law Enforcement community. I posted a complaint on the Detective career on The Sims 4 and it got taken down claiming that I was "Trolling". This is the reason why I make Corporate Garbage Can videos on YouTube sometimes. So therefore, Electronic Arts are definitely prejudiced against Cop supporters. They have gone off the deep end and decided to grief their consumers.

It is stealing if broad daylight.

Havent played for a year or so... Now AE has deleted my account.
Contacted support and added multiple pictures of emails relating to my account showing users name and linked email.
However support just states my account does not exist and that the info I provide must be wrong and close the case.... But the emails clearly show that I had an account.
So now I lost all my games.... It is stealing if broad daylight.

Absolutely terrible company and service, happy to take your money but god help you when nothing comes through. Have now stopped my son playing Apex Legends. Complete con and waste of time.

Account got hacked and after an hour in…

Account got hacked and after an hour in the chat said they couldn't do anything. Then tried by email where they ask for a code to confirm your account which you receive 2 days later. This happened 4 times - after 4th time they accepted the code and confirmed the account had been hacked but they will need to confirm my email address to continue.. Every day a different person just gos round and round and round. Its been 3 weeks now account is still compromised and no one is capable of doing anything about it. Without doubt the worst help I have ever experienced and I didn't think it could get worse than Microsoft help.

Amazing service

Amazing service! Had problems with sims 3 as my packs gone missing. They really helped me to get to the bottom of it and find out what caused it. Unfortunately two of my packs were not legit which I purchased on internet (I know silly me was thinking more about less money than the trustworthy game!). They helped me to sort out by deleting those packs for me in origin as I couldn’t do it myself because I redeemed the code and it allowed me to buy them directly from origin this time. They really listen and help, on the top of it they are very kind, professional and communication is very easy. Couldn’t appreciate more!! Thank you so much for your ongoing hard work ❤️

I had an issue with billing on a…

I had an issue with billing on a pre-ordered expansion pack in The Sims 4 and with the help of Sahil and EA chat the issue was resolved with minimal stress and there was great communication of the issue and the steps to resolve it, and now the issue is dealt with. Overall a positive experience and one of the best customer help services I've dealt with.

Got BF2 Bad Company

Got BF2 Bad Company, and played it like 3 times. Went on to BF3. Well they apparently came out with an expansion set so I only wanted that although I didn't state that when I went to d/l digital copy. After I found out it was the BF3 game, I told them I already have the game and why would I want 2 of them? So after years of not playing both we moved into a small place, now retired was going through all my old games and computer info. Ha I found my BF3 information of where I could redeem my code. Tried like 5 times kept telling me I have already used that code! I thought a digital copy was just that, I can delete my game, reinstall my game, get a new computer and still be able to d/l it. But they asked for my info. Ok so Origin is connected to EA. Gave them the info 3 times exactly. Then they wanted my info for the game, gave them the Order Number, the Redeeme code my email addresses and my User ID. Just as they asked! Well again they want the info, I am caught in a loop. Also with BF2 Bad Company, I have the CD and case it came with, I was going to play online but nope, says the code is wrong. Crap company and will never buy any of their products again!

If I could give no stars I would. poor game poor customer help service don't even waste your time contacting them absolutely useless seems once you paid for game they don't care what kind of experience or issues you come up against they are awful and il never buy anything related to EA sports ever again.

Where do I begin

Where do I begin, well someone some how got my email for my microsoft account and got on it then got on my madden 22 and soldhalf of my team off then purchased a bunch of limited jack Youngblood cards and traded them to his account. So I contact ea about this problem and I was treated very rudely basically told I sold my team even though there are no coins on my account plus the ip was showing in New York. I live in Missouri. They checked into it and told me there had been no breaches on my ea account and I told them I even got an email from Microsoft stating there was an anusual sign in on my account. I sent them the email and low and behold someone had been on my account the 19th and 20th of February. So an advisor called me from ea this past Thursday 24 of February and told me to send the 24 players that had been sold and the training so I did that and it is now February 28 2022 and haven't heard back from ea nor received any of the players . EA has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and my issue still has not been resolved.

I have recently been transfer banned…

I have recently been transfer banned because someone bidded over on one of my players.first on the morning it happened I rang the ea help and told them everything they said they would investigate less then 2 hours later they message me back saying the ban stays because they found “evidence” I was cheating but couldn’t provide any evidence when asked.so I opened another ticket and exactly the same conversation they said it would take up to ten days another 3 hours pass they send me the same email saying the ban stays.at this point im pretty angry cos ea have like at least £250 of my money and I can’t profit or sell anything I’ve packed.4 days later im still sending in disputes but the tos team are completely useless and do not help at all just send out a robotic email telling me I’m not getting unbanned. I’ve done nothing wrong absolute complete joke of a game litteral theives took £250+ of my money and gave me a ban for nothing and the live chat are a complete joke ea should be ashamed of the horror show of a company they are.nothing but disgraceful thieves. All in all terrible experience with everything to do with the tos team and live chat and even ea helps twitter told me they could do litterally nothing so the question I’m asking is what is the point of an ea help twitter if THEY LITTERALLY CANT OR WONT HELP YOU

Baddest service i have ever seen!!!

My account was hacked 16-17 januari in the Middle of the night! After contacting EA 20 times am still wating for a respons. Even the chat are so terrible that they always send the same standard message that you have to wait. 25 day further and am still waiting. Never thought that such a big company could have such a bad helpchat and service to theire costumers.

EA Help Chat Is Useless!!

I am essentially locked out of my EA account because they want me to reset my password. I am unable to access the account since it’s an email I made 15 years ago when I was 10. Who remembers that kind of info??

I have tried contacting ea help team multiple times regarding the account with no luck. Essentially I have no control and have been unable to play any EA games. I am extremely disappointed with EA regarding this. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars on EA products over my lifetime I am insulted at how I have been treated. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.
