Doing my self-assessment for the first time felt quite overwhelming, but Emily helped save me a lot of time and effort by patiently guiding me through the process.

When I asked her to highlight what I needed on the checklist after explaining that I am severely dyslexic, she kindly stopped me and offered to go through everything with me over the phone instead, This small act of kindness genuinely made a huge difference.

I truly believe Emily deserves recognition for going that extra step to support someone who needed it. Thank you, Emily, I really appreciate it!

Having a pro-active accountant is extremely important.

Helpbox UK, well mainly I've dealt with Oliver and his team has been incredible and eye opening too.
