This company is a SCAM
This company gain access to my account whilst I was trying to register with a legitimate site. A banner appeared during the registration...I gave my details and authorised them thinking it was the legitimate company. It now appears it wasn't. They are refusing to repay this money. They say I used the site!!!! I have sent the legitimate company screenshot of how things played out. I don't have money to throw away, I am disabled and every penny counts.

£40.56 went out of my account without consent from this company after I tried to get a More Card via Google- this led me to this strange website which took money out of my account. I should have gone via my phone's app store.
HELPINONE.COM is a scam business
This is scam business, fraudulently attempting to withdraw money from bank accounts. My bank called me today asking whether I had authorised payment to helpinone.com, which I hadn’t, as they had attempted to withdraw £40.56 from my bank account. Fortunately, my bank’s fraud department intercepted this as suspect activity and blocked payment. They should be closed down with immediate effect.
Helpinone SCAM/FRAUD
No idea, who this company is, has tried 4 times to take £40.56 from my account 2 at 530 this morning and twice now at 730pm. Luckily Monzo blocked the transactions this morning......., and cancelled my card.

I had no knowledge of this company until today, I never signed up to anything with them but they took a charge from my bank, I have cancelled any dealing with them and if they try to charge me again I will take it up with my bank directly.
Cancel “subscription”
This company tried to take £40.56 from my credit card luckily Tesco bank blocked it! My account is now blocked until I can get a response from company that my “subscription” has been cancelled. I believe attempting to download YouTube kids to my Amazon fire tablet 3 days before started this problem.
helpinone scam after morrisons app download
helpinone took a visa debit payment from my bank card for £40.56. I contacted my bank before it had cleared so they were able to stop it, card now frozen awaiting a new one etc. I've never heard of helpinone and I suspect it is a scam. I downloaded the Morrisons more card app 1 day before this happened and I am wondering if that's the what led to the hacking/scamming. Perhaps the Morrisons app download/install has security issues ?

Just happened to me took £40 but I also received a text today saying I hadn’t applied for warm home grant scheme and I clicked on it and while doing it had a thought it maybe a scam. Then they took the money. And I too need to call fraud tomorrow to dispute for a refund
Scam
Scam, took £40.56 by card payment. Do not cancel card yourself, freeze it then get bank to cancel as payments could roll over to new card if you do it individually. NatWest recognised was a scam, but rather than stopping the payment like some banks I have to wait for it to go through then raise a dispute and the money will be refunded. Don’t know why they’re not just blocking these as seems to be rife looking at this page.

Helpinone
Tried taking money out of my bank account twice - £40.56 each time, never heard of them and haven't subscribed to anything yet had 2 emails from them saying they'll take payment monthly - contacted Lloyds bank who refunded £40.56 as registered as fraud claim - Lloyds have blocked any further payments. Beware and keep checking your bank statement.

Had £40.56 taken from my Halifax account, reported it when it was pending Halifax can do nothing until its actually taken from my account . Reported it again at the same branch. Phoned their fraud line next day only to be told it wasn't being treated as fraud but simply a dispute. Contacted helpinone.com who told me they would cancel my subscription, what subscription i asked. Long story short they said they'll do a refund within 10 days. We'll see. Not pleased with them or Halifax.

Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam. Prevented this week by my credit card company of taking £40 odd. No authorisation. Still don't know how they did it. Not worthy of any stars but worthy of a conviction and time in jail.
