Complete waste of money!
Did eventually manage to access the website, by which time the phone had been found in the house, more than a mile away from the location shown on their map and a place that the phone had never visited. Even at a £1 a complete waste of money!
Helpmobi also enrolled me onto their monthly subscription without my permission. I asked for the charge to be refunded but it didn't happen.
These guys have absolutely no idea where your phone is and clearly enrolling you to their premium membership, without you realising, is how they make their money.
Just a scam. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My friend had lost his phone and so I was helping him to locate. I paid £1 to locate and it said it had found it after this but just showed searching. When I rang to find out where it was I was told that the other person had to accept this on their phone. Why would they do it, when it was lost! I told the operator what a total waste of time that was. Luckily we traced back steps and did actually find the phone. However 3 days later I noticed £29.90 had been taken out of my bank account by this company for a subscription service I was totally unaware of. In particular for a service that I did not even received. I have raised a complaint and also a dispute with my bank regarding this payment. I have also cancelled my card so that no future payments can be made. Also written to the company to stop any further payments.

Paid 50p for one search . Then they set up a £29 month subscription luckly my bank put a block on my card and stopped the payment. Be careful when dealing with this company.

In the panic of trying to fine phone I authorised and paid £1 and then noticed a further £29.90 come out of my bank account. I rang my bank they said I had to contact the company to stop the payments and did I read the terms and conditions. In my panic of finding a lost phone I didn’t realise it was a monthly subscription.

As others have said, it is a scam, you pay £1 for 72 hours, and then 29.99 it's in the T&C's "The Helpmobi.io subscription costs £1.00 for 72 hours then £29.90 per month. Payment for your subscription will be made by direct debit with the wording helpmobi.io"
What they don't mention is that the £1 constitutes a subscription and £29.99 will be taken every month after automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the first 72 hours is up, You can put any number in (1234 will do) and it locates it, if you pay the £1, it basically gives the same results as Find my phone (Google/Android) or any other brands location service so if it just locate on Google etc. it doesn't locate with Helpmobi either, on mine it just said waiting (forever), Wish I'd read the reveiws first, I cancelled it next day so hopefully I only lost £1

No help at all!
Asked for support to find my mobile phone. Cost of £1.00, thought it was worth a try. Nothing came up regarding finding my mobile, and within 24hours my subscription was cancelled. So have now lost phone, they have my bank details and also £1.00 so far.

No idea where this company got my email…
No idea where this company got my email address, but they did and emailed me that I'd started a subscription. They even got my name wrong.
I ignore the two emails, even classed them as phishing and reported them. Then today I get an email to say I've cancelled my subscription.
This company would certainly appear to be NOT genuine, please avoid.
This company now want my details so they can try and contact me again. Absolutely not and if, as Trustpilot suggest, my review is taken down then so be it. I want nothing to do with a company who tried to scam me.

Scam. Frauds. Joke. All of the above. Do not use, and do not waste your time. I should have read the reviews beforehand, but this an actual joke of a service.
Apparently they can track your phone abroad, but couldn't even find mines in the UK lol. Customer service is one of the worst ive experienced. From top to bottom, absolute rubbish service. Avoid at all costs
