A very misleading company
A very misleading company, as previous reviews l was unaware they were going to withdraw £29 after two weeks, a monthly Debit l can’t afford. There should be a clear warning to people as they are no better than Scammers

Very Misleading - be careful!!
I wasn't aware like everybody else here that after paying the £1 fee I get signed up, so what a horrible surprise when £29.90 was taken from my account today!!! Can't log into my account and no answer on the phone so I've filled out the online contact form, if I don't get an answer and my money back I'll be reporting them to the fraud office and police.

Avoid at all cost
Clearly extremely dodgy as others have said. The monthly subscription is buried deep in their terms and conditions. It is not mentioned at any point when you subscribe to their service. Which did not work.

What a joke scam this company are
What a joke scam this company are. I was at a funeral of a family member and my wife couldn’t find her phone so I panicked and signed up for a £1 one off payment to use it. It never found the phone even tho it said it had and them 3 days later charged me £29.99. I looked at my account and followmobi took money out not helpmobi. I phoned up and the cancelled my service but refused to stop my £29.99 payment even tho it hadn’t even been taking from my bank it is just pending. My bank can’t do anything aswell so BE WORNED TO NOT USE AT ALL
After posting this I have had a phone call back to give me a refund of £29.90

Avoid Scam! I tried to locate my brothers' phone fearing he was in danger, I didn't have time to read their entire website, but what was clear enough, the service costs just £1. Not only they did not help at all, they did not even pick up the phone, I got confirmation that £1 will be taken from my account. They just forgot to add that after 3 days I will be charged £29.90, why didn't I get such information right away?

SCAM - do not use.
SCAM - as per others, signed-up for a £1 service that was not fulfilled, then another £29.90 deducted. When I complained, got an instant reply saying it was a mandatory subscription, which I was NOT told about. No terms and conditions were received. It was NOT on the website. The only email received was regarding the £1.
Requested the terms and conditions, and evidence of agreement but unsurprisingly the company have now gone silent.
Reported to Action Fraud. Recommend anyone else do the same if they have had the same issue so this "company" is halted as soon as possible.
