My package got lost. It is always left in the entrance of my apartment even though I receive a message that it is in my mailbox. This always happens.

Helthjem is way too unreliable in Norway, compared to Posten and PostNord (slow delivery and low internal traceability)

Context:
They were supposed to deliver two seperate packages from two different stores in Oslo to my adress in Oslo. One was lost after 14 days and the other one was delivered after 10 days.

Package 1: They were supposed to deliver home to me at night. They tried two times and failed, meanwhile Posten and PostNord has managed this with no problems. I then called customer service to change delivery to a nearby pick-up point. They put in the system, but nothing happened. I called again after 7 days and nothing had been done, and they most likely had lost my package, which I now bare the responsibility to contact the store to get a refund due to their fault.

Package number 2 was delivered after 10 days to a nearby pick-up point, which was supposed to take 3-4 days. At the time of delivery I had gone on a 6 week vacation, and they package was automaticly returned.. After the time of order I ordered other packages which was sent with Posten and PostNord which delivered after 1-2 days, before I went on my vacation.

In essence, I chose HeltHjem because it was free delivery, but from now on I will always chose Posten or PostNord, even if I have to pay extra.

They left my package outside somebody could take from there. If my mailbox wasn't suitable, it should have been left at the nearest delivery point. If the apartment building entrance was locked and they couldn't get inside, they shouldn't have left it outside the door.

I ordered a package from an online store that was shipped via Helt Hjem. First, the package went missing in the mail, and the store had to send a replacement. After 14 days, it turned out that this one had also gone missing. By then, a full month had passed since the first package was shipped. The store sent a third package, and now—after a week—it is marked as delayed, with no updates for several days. It likely won't arrive either. I have been waiting since May 27th, and I am not getting any clear information from customer service

seams dodgy. One month spent on not delivering a package from one place in Norway to another, in the end it disappeared . The company does not pay attention to whether or not the package is delivered. Use Posten, much cheaper and better.

I chose HeltHjem for delivery through Finn.no, expecting a reasonable and efficient service. Instead, the experience was deeply disappointing. It took nearly two weeks for a small parcel to be transported from Ski to Oslo—a distance that should realistically require no more than a day or two, even with modest logistical constraints.

Such a delay reflects not just a minor inconvenience, but a fundamental lack of reliability in the service. When using parcel delivery, especially within such a limited geographical area, one assumes a basic level of predictability and professionalism. In this case, the extended delivery time created unnecessary uncertainty and frustration, particularly given the absence of clear communication or updates explaining the delay.

In comparison, established carriers like Posten or PostNord consistently demonstrate a far higher standard of efficiency and transparency. Delays of this magnitude would be highly unusual with those providers, which makes this experience with HeltHjem stand out even more negatively.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend HeltHjem and will avoid using their service in the future. Reliability is a core expectation in logistics, and unfortunately, this service did not meet that standard.

Bra service

The delivery driver delivered my order incorrectly. I was told I could go to the wrong address and pick it up. When I went and spoke to the person at the incorrect address, they said they never received anything. As a result, my order was stolen. In addition to the long wait and the customer service responses—that the driver wasn't responding—they couldn't even process my refund because it was an online order.
