Avoid Helvetus watch straps at all costs

This is my second review regarding the example of appalling customer service provided or should I say not provided by Helvetus. In brief, I ordered a watch strap on 5 December 2025.The product was never received at the address I provided. After approximately 35 emails the most recent being penned by my solicitor on 5 March Helvetus finally accepted responsibility and agreed to process a refund. How coincidental and disgraceful that it took 3 months to agree a refund and only after receipt of a legally written communication. Suffice to say having spoken with my bank there is still no reimbursement and I don’t expect one. To conclude there are many companies out there offering the same service. Please take my advise and avoid using Helvetus at all cost. Because it will cost you!

Ordered 2 weeks ago - Company refuses to give tracking details.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. No delivery and company will not provide shipping confirmation/tracking information. They are passing blame onto the shipper saying that it takes a while. I do not know of any reputable shipper that cannot provide shipping details as soon as it is shipped. I would look at other options as I do not trust that I will receive the product that I ordered.

Unforgettable experience

Unforgettable experience — and not in a good way.

The product was presented as high quality, but in reality it felt like a cheap alternative sold at a premium price. I genuinely felt like I paid coal for gold.

The worst part was dealing with the return. There was zero help, no real support, and no customer service to speak of. Even after the return was accepted, the refund never came.

In the end, it took me 6 months to get my money back — and that was only thanks to my credit card provider, not the company.

Big no from me. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very misleading company.

⚠️ Very misleading company.
The website presents itself as a Swiss company offering “fast shipping”, but the reality is completely different. I placed my order on March 10, and days later the tracking still shows the package in China.
It appears this company is simply reselling cheap products from China while pretending to be a Swiss business with fast delivery. This is highly misleading for customers who expect European shipping times.
If you are expecting fast shipping from Switzerland or Europe, be aware that your order may actually be shipped from China. In my opinion, this business model is not transparent and customers should know what they are really buying.
Very disappointing experience.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from helvetus! Says on their website helvetus are based and work in Switzerland but upon receiving my order in the exact same packaging as Ali express with Chinese writing everywhere and after reading everyone else’s reviews saying the same things happened to them I don’t think I’m the only one. It’s clear helvetus are pulling people’s trousers down and charging people more then triple the money for the same product I can purchase on Ali express/ barber. Would recommend to stay well away unless you’ve got money to throw away.

Attention drop shipping de Chine (avec retard+++) et produit non conforme esthétiquement ! MAlgré les photos etc..la société nie et affirme que le bracelet est conforme à leur site ce qui est faux.
Beware of drop shipping from China (with delays) and the product is aesthetically inaccurate! Despite the photos, etc., the company denies this and claims the bracelet matches the image on their website, which is false.

I ordered rolex GMT 2 strap and strap…

I ordered rolex GMT 2 strap and strap removal tool from Helvetus they sent me same items as I ordered before on Aliexpress (even same packaging) . I returned it back and asked for refund they said that they made a refund but I haven’t got one ( 3 months passed) . I wrote them a lot of times but they were saying that from their side refund is done. When I opened a chargeback dispute through my bank they wrote me a message that they had some internal mistake that’s why refund wasn’t released by their system (bullshit) and asked me to close a dispute and they will immediately refund me, I closed it (did a mistake) and they said that in their system it shows that dispute is still opened that’s why they cannot refund me while dispute is active.
They are cheater don’t buy anything from this shop, you will get low quality items for x5 price.

Ordered a replacement Cartier watch…

Ordered a replacement Cartier watch strap. Their web site offers four buckle options - gold, rose gold, silver and no buckle at all. I ordered gold - quite clearly seen on their order acknowledgement. The strap arrived eight days after ordering. The colour is not quite what I expected, but worse the buckle is silver (stainless steel). They asked for photographs, then a video and then I get an e'mail saying the buckle may differ from the original (Cartier) one. I pointed out that they offer three different metal finishes - I have not had a reply. Avoid this company like the plague - I suspect they're not in Switzerland but somewhere in China.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Poor Support from Mia

I am extremely disappointed with how my recent issue regarding my order and how it has been handled. My order was dispatched on 31 December and still has not arrived. I was told a tracking number would be provided, but it never was.

After waiting several months with no resolution, I requested a refund. This was refused while the company continues to contact the courier. It has now been over two months and I have received no meaningful follow-ups to my emails. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.

I have been dealing with Mia, who has repeatedly restated the same information without offering a practical solution or escalation. The continued delays and poor customer service have caused significant frustration.

I have repeatedly requested that this matter be escalated to management, but this has not been done, forcing me to submit a formal complaint. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.
