I received help from Amina who is…

I received help from Amina who is great, she is clearly the best of all the people I have had contact with at their support during the last 3 weeks - clear instructions, takes her time without rushing away, polite, caring and attentive. The others are not so good in my opinion, they have a lot to learn from Amina.

This was such a slow communication

This was such a slow communication. I have spent around 5 hours of chatting with the support just to get a mail with my inlog for the newsletter, wich I should have recieved when I paid. I even had to send a screendump to show that I actually had paid. Sorry, Hemsida24, I´m not that impressed of your new platform and the support.

Moving Domain

I've had problems for a long time now because I wanted to move my domain from one.com and I didn't get any good help from them or the ones at Hemsida24 that tried to help me. Just instructions that seemed impossible to me to understand. But today Oscar helped me very fast and now it should hopefully work! :)

Domain expired

My domain name expired and was not renewable it said, but a quick chat with Boris at hemsida 24 support made my day, he fixed the problem in no time, thank you for quick response.
