I had a special request, I sent an email and the answer was quick and clear.
Unfortunately I wanted to be delivered in Corsica, but they cannot deliver overseas, due to too expansive costs.

Difficult delivery
It is easy to contact the company and to get additional information.
Unfortunately Henchman used a transport company which was not willing to give a delivery time better than between 9a.m. and 3p.m..
I used the ladder a first time. It is good.

Excellent service
We ordered the tall picking ladder with adjustable legs. It was delivered quickly, but was damaged. A photo of the damage as proof was sufficient to have the ladder replaced quickly and without any problems. We have already picked some apples. The ladder is very easy to handle and very stable. Excellent.
