This ladder is super light super solid super high and super stable Great product.
What I miss on the ladder is a spirit level. I glued 2 really small ones (2 euro each) on the ladder in both ways so my employees can always check. Henchman I think this would be a really good additive to your great product

We had a great experience from the first contact up to the delivery to our doorstep. We had a few questions due to our steep embankment that we have and Support was really quick and helpful in answering all we needed to know to order the right model for us. The product itself is lightweight and excellent quality.

The product (fully adjustable pro 3,0) is an excellent ladder, very stable and safe to use at heights, and enables you to work very close to the plant, tree or topiary you need to prune. It 's therefore highly recommended for every keen gardener. Additionnaly it was shipped quickly, in less than a week, to France, and very well protected.

The ladder I ordered is yet to be delivered...it is impossible to contact the Company that should do so and even your Office is unable to give me an approximate delivery date. The delivery should be by Rhenus logistics, this company gives an invalid phonenumber, an invalid emailaddress, Potemkin's tracking number, track and trace does not work on any of their many websites. Very friendly lady in your Office but superfrustrating situation...

First of all, pro ladder is amazing quality, nicest I've seen. Stable and solid, even when I'm standing 4.8m in the air. Had the ladder delivered to us in Denmark. But was damaged in transit. I wrote to Henchman and received an immediate reply that they would send me a new ladder and pick up the defect one. Actually, I received the email order confirmation for the shipment of the replacement ladder before I managed to read the reply saying that they were sending it. That is fast and good service. New unit is perfect. Highly recommended.
