We are very happy with the fan (it's our second one). It's also pretty easy to install except that the instruction manual is not aligned with the product - there is no connector directly above the motor.

Ordered a Bfan, arrived within stated time, item has definitely helped with my quality of sleep.

The Henley Zephyr fan is brilliant. It looks great, the 3 blades are more than enough, the variety of speeds and the led light works well. It is almost silent so no problems sleeping whilst it is running.
After some confusion about the installation which was supported really well by Henley Fans, the fan was installed and works well.
The only improvement I would like to see is a list a installers who can confidently fit them.

These fans are exactly what they say on the tin, they are well engineered, they look beautiful and they are easy to fit.
Runs as silent as a wisp of air.

I turned to the Henley Fan Company because they have a great selection of fans from the leading brands. Niki gave great advice in selecting a suitable fan for my needs. I ordered two from the Matthews Fan Company. The order was promptly shipped and delivered. The fans are top notch.
On any issues that arose, Niki was on hand to answer questions and resolved them quickly. She really does provide superb customer service. I cannot praise her enough.

Brought this fan for my wife, best thing i ever got her. I just asked her how many stars would you give the fan, her reply was 100 plus this review. This fan is so good, it delivers a quiet flow of air which is easily regulated. The timer is easy to set and during the night with my hot sweets it's brilliant. Such a great product and delivered next day.

I spoke to Nicki, she is a font of knowledge, my fan had stopped working, Nicki was confident that the fault was with a component in the wiring harness and certainly not with the motor. She told me to search "wire" on the website and included all details of the fan model, serial number etc in the comments section to ensure dispatch of the correct harness. The new wiring harness arrived a day or two later, I fitted it, and hey presto the fan sprang back into life! All good, well done Nicki!

Ordered 11:30pm Thursday night and it arrived Monday afternoon.
Fan itself works amazingly, if anything… I am a bit cold now.
Wife has gone from underwear and no duvet to pyjamas and duvet.
