A slight hiccup with the delivery - otherwise great
A slight hiccup with the delivery - no remote control was sent out - but Henley Fans corrected that straight away.
The fan looks great. Really quiet. The light is super bright. I feel sure it will help when the hot weather arrives but early impressions are very promising.

I have looked into this and see that your bfan was purchased 3 years ago. You sent it to us to check and we found it working perfectly and at your request we ran it for a week but found no power cut-offs. We didn't hear anything back from you until this negative review. If you would like to contact our office we can look at some possible solutions or upgrade options.

Niki was great and good advice. Very quick to send me a new motor after I broke a cable. My only comment is the extension down rod scratched easily and too much cable meaning I had to cut it and rejoin. But the fan is up, looks good and works. Thank you.

Professional Services and Great Quality

Next day delivery was excellent. Rather more parts to assemble than expected and programming the remote control was a nightmare but after an hours break and another cup of coffee it worked. this item was installed by a qualified electrical tradesman

Really pleased with our Matthews-Atlas fan, good price, quick delivery, and really good communication from Niki especially when, after ordering, we decided to swap from 52" down to 42". Niki just handled this without issue. I highly recommend Henley Fan Company, especially when compared to the many fan retailers who cloak themselves behind a .co.uk web address but are actually based in Spain or Italy - yes, lookout! Best to stick to a UK based supplier for big items like fans, and Henley Fan come out trumps. Thanks Niki, keep up the good work!
