We bought two ceiling fans from the Henley Fan Company and they were helpful in providing advice on the installation. When we had a problem with one of the units they went out of their way to contact the manufacturer and arrange for replacement parts to be sent to us - in our situation the fans were out of guarantee but the manufacturer sent them without charging. Niki at HFC was amazing in arranging this and if you are looking for good customer service and backup then i would recommend them highly

Still haven't had the delivery!
DHL Parcel failed to deliver the shipment on Saturday, stating they couldn't find the address, even though the road is named after the area where I live and is one of the busiest roads around. Today they stated that the driver didn't have my phone number so couldn't call me. But he has it today - but as of yet (18:37) still no delivery.
Unfortunately Henley Fan Company have been of little help in trying to get the matter resolved!

Extremely helpful. The remote on my Hunter Ceiling Fan no longer worked. Hunter told me to replace the entire fan! Henley Fan came to the rescue. They informed me of the remote receiver (not made by Hunter) that would plug right in. The receiver arrived promptly and snapped right into place. My Hunter Fan is working again.
