Excellent service, communication, delivery and the product was as described, very pleased indeed and I would not hesitate in ordering again from Henley Fan company. I ordered a waste disposal unit and requested it be delivered within 48 hrs. I was very pleased and surprised that customer service took the time and effort to follow up my request by telephone and assured me they would do their best to meet my preferred delivery date. The unit arrived on time and was fitted on the day of arrival, all within 72hrs from the time of ordering. Excellent all round service. Many thanks.

What an excellent service and support.

After 7 years a motor failed on my Hunter Fan yet the Henley Fan company replaced the defective unit within only a few days.

The Henley Fan company coordinated this and I cannot thank them enough. I have subsequently purchased an additional fan for another bedroom

Not needed to use much but I did email a question and got a quick answer....the fan itself is an absolute godsend. Bit pricey but I tried to make my own with a fan, a step and duvet which showed I would use it...lol

Ceiling fan stopped, quick browse on the internet suggested the receiver unit had pack up. Called Nikki at Henley fans, quick bit of info from her I bought the correct receiver unit, couple of days later it arrived, fitted and working A++++ service

Bought a Hunter Bayport fan and light kit. The fan works beautifully and silent with no wobble at all. The light kit we put up but found we didn't like it but were able to get it returned which was fantastic. My only criticism is that the electric cabling was not long enough to run up inside the 4ft extension rod, and I ended up splicing my own cables in. I would have given 4 stars for that, but on balance with great service and lovely silent fan 5 stars is still warranted.

Service and follow up from Henley Fans was great but promised to deliver Monday so stayed in. But did not deliver till Tuesday.

This is the second Henley Fan I have bought. I have had mine a few years and it certainly does the job. With adjustable heights and speeds it makes my nights a lot more comfortable. The one I’ve just bought is for our daughter for her birthday who is desperate for a cool nights sleep. This one has a remote control which is great. Highly recommended !!
