Nice to report good news - especially these days.

Late April last year we purchased a Lucci fan and submitted a very positive Trust Pilot report commending Henley Fans for their product range, website guidance and especially customer service.
Updating the above …..the unit surprisingly decided not to work before Christmas - eventually we got around to asking Henley Fans for advice. After their basic questions (as to what might have caused the problem ) their customer help response was astonishingly quick - within a week the problem was solved - again incredible good customer service .
We must congratulate Niki and her team for their very fast customer customer response . It’s always reassuring to know Henley Fans after sales service gives a backup that can be totally relied upon.

Great service from the Henley Fan Co. Great product well designed. As it winter we haven’t had the opportunity to try the Bfan out, but it is in place awaiting the first hot nights.

Just ordered 4 ceiling fans for a new summer house..they look stunning. Not installed them yet as work still being undertaken but have one installed in France under a veranda which is brilliant for cooling the area in the height of summer. The fan looks like a propeller is totally silent and operates by remote control. It’s electricity rating is for outdoor use and light damp conditions so can be used in covered areas but outside which others cannot.
They seem expensive at around £500 each but they are worth the money.
Company are excellent to deal with..they shipped to France with no problems and a tracked service and delivery in UK was within 48 hours. Had a slight delay on one of the fans but problem was acknowledged and rectified within 24 hours so excellent customer service. Would recommend.

While the bed fan seems well made and operates effectively, it does not help me deal with my situation! I suffer from a widespread skin problem, which causes severe itching when I get hot. This is particularly evident in bed and I had hoped that the bedfan would help. However, as it only blows whatever the ambient temperature is, within 15 minutes my feet are like blocks of ice! It may be helpful in high summer but I cannot use it otherwise!

Fast delivery of a high quality product.
This was not a cheap item to purchase, but having researched the company and read other reviews I felt confident this would be a good purchase. I wasn't wrong! The fan came within 2 days, well packaged, delivered safely and carefully. Our electricians came to install it, and commented on the quality. Now it's up and working, you can fully appreciate how impressive this fan is to look at. Not only that but it makes barely any sound at all, even at full speed. It is very effective. We'll worth the price tag, I'm delighted.

Bought a bedfan mk 3.Amaizing product for having for menopause.

Fans run well but... They look great and run silently on the slowest speed which at present is the setting we use to distribute the heat at the top of the 11ft ceiling. But the 2 fans up there do not turn at the same RPM which is noticeable to the eye, this is disappointing in several aspects such as they are not a cheap product and I would have expected a high standard of quality control/assurance in the manufacture of this product. But Henley Fan Company only supply this product from a 3rd party German manufacturer, and Henley are a good company to purchase this from.

I purchased a Bfan for my severely Autistic adult son,it is excellent, we have gone from stripping his thoroughly wet bed daily,thrust changing his now dry bedding once a week. He wakes happier and rested.I would recommend the fan to anyone, as promised very quiet.His night sweats were extremely bad.Thankyou very much for changing his bedtime experience. Susan

I have five Henley fans in my new house and they are brilliant. Good flow of air and absolutely silent. High quality product which I would recommend.

We wanted American style fans for our new Orangery extension.
The Hunter Fans were exactly what we were looking for - American fans already adapted to use in the UK.
Our Electrician had not installed fans before and had a bit of trouble getting the remote to work on both fans at once. However a phone call with Nicki and he was able to get them working fine. Really helpful after sales support provided, giving confidence for the future.
The fans themselves are fantastic they really set off the room and give a lovely breeze. I can't wait for next summer when they are really going to come into their own.
