We recently rented a property through Hentry Adams Storrington. From start to finish Alex and James made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free, a very different and much more pleasant experience than when we rented through one of the big chain Estate agents a few years ago! Both were (and are) easily contactable and a pleasure to deal with; helpful, courteous and informative. I would highly recommend Henry Adams Storrington, without any hesitation, to anyone looking to rent a property.

Truely appalling before, during and after our sale process concluded. We are currently pursuing a legal remedy against Henry Adams, Horsham as they were in breach of their fiduciary duties to us as their client. Additionally, they did not inform us when the sale fell through, but instead felt it was appropriate to tell other parties without telling us. Both our solicitor and two other Agents in the chain said they felt that this branch of Henry Adams were disingenuous throughout, and had only hindered the process, possibly strongly influencing the buyers ultimate decision to withdraw. Avoid.

Roksana was so helpful and provided me with all the information I required to make up my mind to apply to rent the apartment.

I’m in my 5th year of letting a property through Henry Adam’s Bognor Regis. And I’ve just recently bought another one to be let by them. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone. Especially Rachel, Jodie and James. They always keep me up to date with everything. And at all times are pleasant and polite. I would thoroughly recommend there services.

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

Rung up the Bognor letting office, spoke to Michelle Tattersall on the phone, she made me have a lovely experience and helped me gain a good understanding on my enquiries couldn’t recommend Michelle enough. Thank you so much Michelle 5 star service provided.

We have found two rental properties now through Alex Bush in the Storrington branch. We cannot thank him enough, he has been amazing throughout both. He has been in constant communication, always replies in a timely fashion and made sure both properties were perfect before we moved. Having a toddler it can be a stressful experience moving but Alex took a lot of stress away from the process and made it a really enjoyable experience to work with Henry Adams lettings.

I found Henry Adams to be very professional, approachable and friendly. From the first contact, all the way up to the signing of my tenancy, they were helpful, efficient and down-to-earth with me. Alex Bush went out of his way to ensure that I could get in to my property smoothly, and he couldn't have been more helpful to my parents when they were setting up the guarantor side of things (and the other staff in the office were particularly helpful and kind when my dad thought he had car issues when visiting the office).

I would definitely recommend Henry Adams and use again if I have to go for a rental property again (although I hope to be in my property for a long time to come!).

We had a great experience with Henry Adams when renting a property, Alex Bush at the Storrington branch was friendly, approachable and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know. Henry Adams in general felt very different to the norm with letting agents who usually couldn't care less and just build up as many random fees as possible. We even got a cute little welcome box with some treats in and a card which I felt was a lovely touch. Our experience was a breeze from start to finish and we would definitely use Henry Adams again.

Henry Adams (Horsham) has looked after me since 1997.
I bought my flat from them and then rented it out and they recently sold it for me.

Well, what can we say! If we could give the whole sales team at Henry Adams Selsey 50 stars, we would! They held our hand through the rough patches we experienced in selling our bungalow, (no fault of theirs, just the general public’s flippant attitude towards everything nowadays it seems!), and they supported us through to a very satisfactory conclusion. They also went above and beyond with their customer service towards us, in checking our empty property was ok after several storms, collecting post, taking meter readings for us etc etc. They really put our minds at rest whenever we had any worries or issues. We can’t recommend them highly enough! If you are looking for brilliant customer service, from a trustworthy, empathic team, you won’t go far wrong in giving Kev, Matt or Tracy a call at Henry Adams, Selsey.
