I am very happy with Henry Meds. I utilized their services a few years ago with success and I am trying a new medication this month. Their prices are fair and their customer support is excellent.

I would like to recognize Colin T, who has been assisting me after my shipment got lost during the snowstorm. He has been very proactive and responsive.

I had dropped my service last year due to gaps in reception of prescriptions, but Danny made it a breeze getting back in. He gave me new protocol information that made me feel confident that my past concerns were rectified moving forward

Medications take extremely long for delivery, so much so that treatment time becomes overlaps and they still charge your account. I don’t think that’s right nor fair to the customer. I had to cancel my account with them.

I have been incorrectly charged two times now by Henry Meds. Pay attention to your billing cycle, track whether you pay for a 60 or 90 day supply, what you were charged and whether the product lasts for the correct amount of time. I was over charged $396, and $198 on another occurrence. During my last appointment, the physician expressed she wanted me to start at a lower dose then work up to the .25. In doing this, it would allow the dose to last longer than the 90 days (which was never an issue), but if I decided to not follow her advice, I could still do the normal dose that I was used to and it would work out to be a 90 day supply. I ran out long before the 90 days and that's bc I was given a 8 week supply unbeknownst to me. Receiving a 8 week supply was not discussed during the appointment, if it had been, I would have opted in for a 90 day. This discussion did not need to happen though, b/c I asked specifically if by taking her suggested dose, would it still be a 90 day supply and she said yes. There was no need for questioning. Henry Meds is now saying the pharmacy that they used ONLY fills in 8 week supplies. Ok, so...how was I supposed to know that and if that's the case, why was my script sent there if it was supposed to be a 90 day. I was charged for a 3 month supply but only sent a 2 month supply. I just now caught this as my subscription was coming up on renewal. Pay attention and track your dosages.

I love Henrymeds. I found them online. After going through the questionnaire I set up a video appointment with a clinician. We discussed me going on Semaglutide to lose the 40 pounds I was interested in losing. I started on semaglutide in 2024 and reached my goal weight by September 2025. Henrymeds has everything set up so flawlessly and makes it so easy to lose weight and have help every step of the way

I haven’t used them for a while, but their entry price is deceptive. I left them right away once I found a more reputable pharmacy.

I have been very happy with henrymeds. It has reminders at appropriate times. Appreciate that there are no constant emails! Response time is fast, accurate, and I receive my medication on time.

This time there was a 1-3 day wait due to the severe winter storms that hit half of the country. I received an email letting me know that order was delayed and where it was in the process. By the location i was able to surmise that it was weather related. I really appreciated the email.

Well, I called and spoke with Danny today, who actually made my day! Because he not only listened actively to my concern but also suggested a reasonable, professional response that I agreed to follow. I am old school, and when it comes to the level of quality customer service that I feel is grossly absent in today’s world, I not only find automated systems annoying that often fall short but also have experienced terrible encounters with live company representatives who can barely follow a script and can’t think outside the box. Danny was surprisingly outstanding, from start to finish. His energy, level of concern, and reasoning were excellent, and advise refreshingly complete. So I had to give this man his flowers 🌺 and hopefully acknowledge his A* value.

Want to pay for 1 bottle of medicine every month? Want to pay 3x the quoted price? Then order from Henry Meds. This is a very scammy company. They promote their weight loss product as affordable. But they quote only a single month fee for what they make into a monthly subscription. So you pay one month thinking that's the final price and they charge you the same price month after month although they do not send any more product to you. Customer service takes forever to answer and they does not respond to the request to get a refund.

I have been with Henry Meds for about 18 months. I have lost about 20% of my body weight (50 lbs) and am moving forward on a maintenance dose. I have been completely satisfied with the product, medical and service support and billing. Highly recommend.
