You weren't hounded as soon as you started looking at the cars which you find at most places and it was a calmer experience without that. Staff were happy and help and Darren was great. Awesome from start to finish. Went in just to test drive a car and ended up driving off in it a week later. Tom was an absolute legend. First I'd just recommend getting in touch with your local one directly and not using the chat help on the website as that got me nowhere.

BUT! As soon as I got hold of one of the team in branch everything went smoothly. I was able to book to drive the car the following day, got a PX on my 14 year old Mazda, was offered a variety of sales and after sales options, and picked up my new car 2 days later.
I originally chatted with Callum, then Darren went through all of the face to face details with me. Friendly welcoming staff, and my mother appreciated the comfy chairs and tea/coffee in the waiting room.
